Based on that extensive experience, we can assure you that you won't find a realtor that is more hardworking or knowledgeable about the territory than Robin Hamilton. Robin was the significant factor in us landing two houses in Lake Wildwood. One was a smaller one that we wanted to ultimately use as a rental but possibly live in until we found our perfect house to become our permanent residence. The night after showing us three or four houses that didn't really work for us, she called to say another one had just come up and seemed to be what we wanted. So the next day we traveled an hour and half back from where we were staying in order to see it. Robin was right. It was just what we desired and the sellers wanted to rent back for awhile which served our needs perfectly. She then began focusing on our dream house. For the next few months, we looked at several that really didn't measure up in our minds. We continued to view houses for sale on the internet and stayed in contact with Robin. Robin was able to form an accurate image in her mind of the major factors we were looking for in a house. She always told us about any problems she saw with houses we found online and mentioned to her thus not wasting our time to see ones that weren't right for us. One night we got a call that a really good one was coming on the market very soon. She said it would probably go fast so we drove seven hours to Lake Wildwood. She was right. This one was a beauty, had everything we were looking for and was reasonably priced. Knowing that it would be highly competitive and sought after, Robin came up with a brilliant strategy for our offer. She wrote it up quickly, we signed it and a day later the offer was accepted. We truly believe that we could not have made that happen without Robin's shrewd business sense. Robin is very knowledgeable about real estate, the current market and always responds immediately to any questions or concerns that we had. On top of that, once the deal was sealed and escrow closed, she was there to help us with when we first moved in by coming to our new home to answer questions we had about it and Lake Wildwood itself. When we encountered some baffling questions about various amenities and processes in the house, she was successful in putting us in contact with the owner/builders. So when we decided on one, we were considerably stressed out when she did not return our calls or messages for several days. We were about to rent elsewhere when we finally heard back from her. Furthermore, when we signed our lease and received our keys for the property, she did not communicate with the property owner, which led to a misunderstanding where the home owner thought the property had been broken into and added a lot of stress to the situation (moving is stressful enough!). During our rental period of several years, we dealt exclusively with the property owner and everything was smooth and great. However, once it was time to leave, Judee was not just unhelpful, she was pushy about showing the property to new tenants while we were still living there and insisted it would be fine despite our warning her that we were in the middle of packing and cleaning. Afterwards she made rude comments about the state of the house to the potential new tenant, the owner, and even other professionals in the area! Not only was it incredibly unprofessional but it was just plain rude. I would not recommend dealing with her as a property owner or renter.

I gave her over $1000.00 in origami paper to be donated to a nonprofit in Nevada city that she sits on the board, we have contacted her over and over and over regarding the donation that we need the receipt no follow-through. I know she has not donated the paper because when I finally did get a phone call they thanked me for closing. I did not give me clothing. I gave her over $1000 worth of origami paper from a deceased friend of mine Daniel Brooks I would really like to know what she's done with the paper and where it is!!!
