We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Cami Beckerdite!…read more Cami worked with my wife and me for an entire year while we searched for the right home. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. Most importantly, she never once pressured us to buy. She genuinely wanted us to find the home that was right for us, even when that meant a long search. Cami knows the local market extremely well and gave us honest, valuable insight every step of the way. Her knowledge of the area and the market gave us tremendous confidence in our decisions. She also went above and beyond by helping us find reliable contractors and other local services to assist with inspections, repairs, and evaluating the property. That was especially helpful as we were new to the area. After a year of searching, we finally found our home and closed with Cami by our side. We couldn't be happier! She has also been incredibly kind and welcoming to my wife and me as we begin our new life in the area. She made us feel like more than just clients. Thank you, Cami, for your patience, expertise, kindness, and for never giving up on us! We are truly grateful for everything you did and would highly recommend Cami to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and knows the market inside and out.

She helped me sell my dad's home while I was living in another state, during what was already a very emotional and difficult time. From the very beginning, Cami was incredibly empathetic, proactive, knowledgeable, and supportive. She made the entire process so much easier for me. Cami was always available when I needed her, kept me informed every step of the way, and consistently went above and beyond anything I expected from a realtor. She is an excellent negotiator and handled every detail with professionalism, confidence, and genuine care. In addition to knowing the area, the market, and the real estate industry extremely well, one of Cami's greatest strengths is the incredible community of people she has built around her. No matter what came up, she always seemed to "know someone" who could help. That network, along with her willingness to coordinate and take care of things on my behalf, was invaluable while managing the sale of a home from another state. What could easily have been an overwhelming experience felt manageable because I knew Cami was looking out for me and that I could trust her to take care of things when I couldn't be there myself. I'm incredibly grateful for everything she did for me and my family. I would recommend Cami without hesitation to anyone looking for a realtor who is not only exceptional at what she does, but who genuinely cares about the people she works with.

He was absolutely spot on! I met with Dianne Williams who knows the entire Auburn area extremely well and especially the Lake of the Pines community. Dianne helped my wife and I through the entire process, and was not only extremely flexible, showing us home on the weekend, but also providing very valuable experience and insight into what to look for in homes in the area. She took the time to learn about what we were really looking for in a vacation home, one that really fit our needs and tastes, and ultimately we found the perfect home for us. It was a complicated purchase with the lot split and Dianne really helped us navigate everything efficiently, never once giving us any pressure, and really looking out for our interests. I would not hesitate to recommend Dianne if your looking for a honest and trustworthy agent that is a true expert in the region.

STAY AWAY FROM NOEL WHITE. This realtor represented the sellers of a home we purchased. He was…read moreinsistent on being present at every visit/inspection - all up in our business. He's shady and gives off vibes of a slimy used car salesman. After the sale closed - he showed up at our house UNANNOUNCED on more than 4 occasions seeking the mail of the previous owners. When we were not home, he got my cell number from our relator and he proceeded to call and bombard us for weeks about getting him their mail. Despite this annoying behavior, he is just a weird old man, so we tried not to make a stink about it. BUT, later we realized that his clients had breached their contract and not paid a fee they owed because it was not explained to them clearly (Noel's fault). We contacted Noel and he claimed concern and that he would definitely help us get this resolved and planned to call me back on Monday. He never called, never answered my calls/texts, etc, and just completely ghosted us despite following up with him multiple times. It's understandable he didn't represent us, but he said he would assist in resolving this issue and then ghosted us, which is such unprofessional behavior. This man also called and showed up at our house so frequently when it benefited him, that its a bit shocking he would be such a coward. He could have, at minimum, had the decency to return a phone call. Stay away from Noel in all capacities. Edited to add: I called Dianne Pattons office on 3 separate occasions to address this directly with them but unfortunately no help was provided.

They work wonderfully together and with their help we were able to find the right house for us. No pressure and you always felt you had "the good guys" on your side. In considering our next home, we had no idea of what to expect, what the current process was, what we would find or who we'd be trusting our First Step into our Last Home with. From our first outing with CJ through the last review of the fine print with Bob, great care, concern and honesty were the mainstream of their amazing service to us. There were so many details and schedules to keep, things to do and follow up on, that there was no way we would have been able to purchase our beautiful home without them. All the red tape and pages of script were clearly and simply defined, removing much of the anxiety most experience. We were more than comfortable with CJ and Bob with our business transaction. They are the type of people you remember for what they are, even above what they do. And no Deanne, we haven't forgot about your great support as well! Thank you too!
