Damia not only text me updates and pictures, let me talk to my son, but she went above and beyond the job. She did my laundry and folded it. She swept my house, hand washed my dishes, and even made my bed when I didn't have time to make it this morning. On-Call Concierge service has top nanny's and caregivers. I highly recommend them. Unlike many other services I looked into On-Call Concierge also didn't charge me a finders fee, but instead a flat rate membership fee that included a guarantee of my scheduled caregivers. The caregivers are interviewed twice by Ridwana, go through an extensive interview process, and a thorough background check.
