The ads to no surprise performed horribly and we lost most of the ad money in addition to their hefty fee. Because we did not want to continue the drain of the money, we wanted to leave. Initially they told us they agree to a guarantee of result (we get our money back if the ads don't perform over the cost of the ad and their fee).
