I dropped it off here and the guy who fixed it texted me later and explained what the issues were and also offered assistance with other miscellaneous things (normally other PC shops charge extra for this). Being a student in Waterloo without a car, picking it up wasn't exactly feasible in the snow. I asked him if he could drop it off and perhaps have a look at my SSD (which came AFTER I gave him the PC) At my place, he set up the SSD and left. Not long after, I let him know I was having trouble installing the OS on the SSD. He offered to stop by and take a look at it, and of course fixed it. (It turns out that the computer was only recognizing one of the drives) This was all for a flat rate of 80$~. Overall, this was the best experience I've had at a PC repair shop. Highly suggest going here especially with newer builds.

Super, super friendly guys. Very, very quick service. I was looking to get repair for my Macbook…read morethat had water damage. It took the Apple Store 2 days just to evaluate my Macbook, only to tell me the repairs would cost more than a new one. I brought the same Macbook to these guys. They opened my Macbook right away, briefly showed me some of the stuff that was wrong with my Macbook, took a closer look at it over the day and got back to me with their full analysis within 24 hours. I even saw some guy walk in with his broken iPhone, get it repaired, and walk out with his fixed iPhone within 20 minutes! They always ask customers when they need their stuff back by, and they work hard to get it back to you by that time. In the end, my Macbook needed too many repairs to get it fixed, but they offered a trade-in and gave me a good deal on a refurbished laptop. Definitely recommend these guys.
