    I visited this store because it's located near my home. I was having problems with my iPhone 14 and…read moreneeded a replacement, and since Verizon had been advertising free upgrades, I thought it would be easier to go there rather than the Apple Store where I usually purchase my devices. While purchasing my phone, I also asked James whether my plan qualified for an upgrade to my wife's iPad Pro. He confirmed that it did, but said the store did not have any in stock and would need to order it. He told me it should arrive around the beginning of March. When the beginning of March passed without any update, I stopped by the store on my way home from work. There were no employees on the floor, and Carlos eventually came out from the back. When I told him I was there to pick up the iPad, he was unable to find any record of an order under my name or phone number. After calling employees who were not in the store, he informed me the order had been cancelled. I never cancelled it, and he claimed no one at the store had cancelled it either. He couldn't explain who did. While he was on the phone, I overheard him say that because it had been two weeks since I traded in my old phone, there were no longer any promotions available for the iPad. He then told me I could get a lower‑tier iPad for free, but upgrading to the iPad Pro--exactly what I had ordered--would now cost $1,000. That was unacceptable to me, especially since the order was placed during the promotional period and I had clearly stated I was upgrading my wife's iPad Pro. I asked Carlos for the manager's business card so I could follow up, but he refused and said I could only speak with the manager when he was physically in the store. When I asked for the store's phone number, he pointed to a Post‑it note on the phone, and his expression made it clear he found the situation amusing. This store is poorly managed, and the staff appear to be inadequately trained. I will not be returning except to complete my phone return. They have lost my business.

    for the most part ive really enjoyed having them. granted,…read morei believe they treat their new customers much better than their long time customers (including those transitioned from verizon). ive been a customer for almost a year and ive had to call customer service and get in touch with high level support for a few issues. last year around christmas i was having a lot of issues with line quality and packet loss. after some back and forth i was assured that the congestion would be alleviated with the updating of their lines so it will never happen again. hasn't happened since. i believe them too since they've just now started offering upwards of 2Gbit/s! that definitely requires updates across the hubs, lines, and ONT. overall, the times that ive contacted customer support have been helpful and i do believe they work very hard to solve issues. otherwise the service is reliable for the most part, and i enjoy the fiber speeds! ive noticed now, however, that new customers get a mesh wifi set up :P. much better offers than when i signed up.

I called in for support and they would lie to me and claim there's no disconnections. I've wasted hours on the phone with them. They finally admitted there were disconnections after I showed them countless photos of the modem disconnecting.
