When I took it in Gabe he stopped what he was doing and immediately conducted a system analysis to determine the extent of the problem, then assuring me that he would be able to recover and save my data. He then gave me a quote on the cost to repair and restore the PC. I was completely satisfied with the estimate and his explanation of services to be performed. I had my computer back in three days and it works great. Everytime you take a PC into Gabe's business, the first thing out of his mouth is I need your service fee, and the second thing guranteed to come out of his mouth is " you need new Kapersky anti-virus software"......but Gabe I just need my LAN enabled that Comcast directed me to Disable".......that will be $230....what? I have been dealing with Netcom PCs for a number of years, and have only received great service. I have purchased a laptop and three computers over that time, and all have been excellent machines. Gabe, the owner, has always been helpful with the occasional question I've had. He was happy to transfer data from my old computer to my new one, so that I wouldn't lose any document or photos. That was extremely important to me. Gabe knows computers inside and out. He has rescued me on a number of occasions, for which I am very grateful. He can find a problem so fast it has left my head spinning. He also keeps completely on top of the best security systems and the current viruses and scams that are so devastating to your computer. I will occasionally give him a call for the latest update on same, and he is happy to share that information. Gabe will give it to you straight, he does not embellish his recommendations or coddle you about what the problem is and how it should be addressed. You won't get a lot of hand holding there. This place is awful and wouldn't recommend to anyone!! I took my laptop and they broke it while they "repairing " it and then offered to buy one of their laptops. My friend bought one of their laptops and it only worked for a week and didn't want to turn on after. Stay away from this place!! They will break your devices and steal your money. read more

Gabe is amazing! He is a computer repair genius. He managed to get all the data off my computer when it had crashed. The hard drive was damaged and I had multiple viruses. I had some family pictures on my laptop, as well as, numerous valued emails, addresses and important documents. I feared my information was lost forever. Gabe saved the day and all my information. He is professional and personable. I would recommend him to anyone. I was so pleased that I bought a new laptop from him and he downloaded all my information to my new computer. He set me up with a much better virus protection program and then gave me a lesson on operating my new computer and told me some tips that may give the hackers a real run for their money!! Although this guy has expertise, he takes advantage of those who are not so IT savvy. I worked in IT for many years. I had a physical problem with my computer but I didn't have the tools to repair it. While I was there, I listened to him hustle a customer. The customer complained that his satellite internet service was slow. The Netcom guy talked him into paying $400 to fix the problem. The "solutions" included an upgrade to Windows 10 and a new graphics card. He tried to tell me that my computer had been hacked and showed me the list of computers that had hacked it - they were the computers in my home network! Then he tried to tell me that he knew more about cyber security than Norton (and others) who didn't know how to protect computers from the Chinese. If you go there, I recommend getting a second opinion before paying for any service. Initial consultation is $35 before he even talks to you. read more

do not go here. i took my daughters computer in to have a virus removed. i paid to have all her exiisting files backed up, the virus removed and a anti virus program installed. i had to pay before they would work on it.there was no written contract, it was all verbal. when i went to pick up her computer, they had erased all her information and told me that is what i said to do. i paid to have her files backed up and was not offered a refund. am disputing the charge with my credit card. mr. da silva who is the ownwer is who i dealt with. read more
