Their service is top quality, the prices are fair, and the honesty is unmatched. More than once, I have seen dealerships fail to find the real problem or even try to steer customers toward repairs that are not needed. I have experienced that myself. Mike stepped in, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it the right way. It is refreshing to work with someone who listens, understands what is happening, explains everything clearly, and gets you back on the road without any games. Mike is what I would call a true master mechanic, and his shop reflects that. I have referred friends and family over the years, and they have all had the same excellent experience. Absolutely satisfied with being a customer of Mike's for many years. Highly recommended!
