The service here is always wonderful, Ed is polite and professional. The most important thing is these people are very honest, not selling you something you don't need or telling you something needs to be done when it doesn't , very transparent and very honest. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone. Especially women, before they know what my husband did I took my car here and they treated me very respectfullyand very honestly, unfortunately some shops just treat women differently and I hate to say that but it's the truth. The air pressure in my tire was very low, so I made the 2 -drive over to Valley Auto Group to get it filled. It was my first time there and I was not sure what to expect. I spoke with Jake who was extremely friendly and helped me out right away. Within a matter of minutes, he had checked all my tires for punctures and filled up those that needed additional air. The people at valley auto group are good honest car mechanics. I've take my Honda there twice and they haven't disappointed. The first time I took my 2010 Honda in was because the battery kept going dead. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad clutch switch in the air conditioner that was sticking in the on position and draining the battery. They fixed the issue and charged a fair price for the repair. Just took the car back for an oil change as their customer service is so much better than the dealer. If you are looking for a good repair shop who will be honest with you and take the time to explain what is wrong with your vehicle than Valley Auto Group is the place to go. read more
