After interviewing a few other builders and architects, we knew this was the best choice. Due to their high demand, waiting to get started was the hardest part. Then, Jeff managed the project and the builder Josh provided multiple photos and detailed daily updates--as well as pleasant and engaging on-site discussions. The craftsmanship, problem-solving, and fairness in pricing is unmatched. One important part of the project was an outdoor sauna, shipped from Europe. The team took this on to build the kit, wire the heater and lighting, and make it a centerpiece on the exposed aggregate patio, along with a custom-placed hot tub that's accessible from ground and deck. The deck with a large, covered pergola will probably last for decades. Just a few more points...they ALWAYS left the site safe and neat each day, communicated what things were coming up, and overcame unforeseen site issues quickly in ways that made sense. The entire team is great to work with--honest, transparent, responsive, and collaborative. I usually have buyers remorse for any large purchase. Not with this one.

Julio from Premier Painting called me the same day I reached out, followed up by phone on day two, and showed up in person on day three with an estimate. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how he operates. The scope of work was substantial. He pressure washed the entire exterior, sanded and painted, repaired a window with broken trim, and patched concrete under the porch. The before and after photos say the rest. The transformation is genuinely dramatic. A few things stood out beyond the work itself. Julio refused any kind of prepayment and told me I could pay when the job was done. He was on site the day he said he'd be there, and the day after. The final bill matched the estimate exactly. If you're looking for exterior painting or pressure washing and you want someone who actually shows up, responds fast, and does what they say they'll do, call Julio.

As we were out of town when they came to destage our house, we found out upon our return that we had several missing objects and a large painting missing! When advised, it took them 5 days to find and bring them back with barely any explanation or apology.

After twenty years and countless referrals to them, we are now looking for another stager that will accept responsibility for the actions of their contractors. This was a bad business decision on their part. Very unexpected lack of professionalism.
