I was so nervous before my appointment, I might have called them 4 times that week and not once did they dismiss me, instead, they were very understanding and helped calm my nerves. After the procedure, they made sure to call for follow ups to ensure I was doing ok. About 2.5 weeks after my extraction, I felt like something was stuck in my extraction site and i wasn't able to get rid of it. I called them and they told me to come in just the next day, did a thorough wash and did not charge me anything. I would highly recommend them for your next dentist appointment, they are very professional and warm.

I met with Dr. Sadeghi for a consultation the day of my surgery. Much to my surprise, he was a super happy and upbeat character who was quick to answer any of my questions and put my worries at ease. If I had to have them removed again, I'd definitely come back to Dr.Sadeghi! I opted to have do IV sedation which I 100% recommend! Honestly, so much less anxiety-inducing than having the freezing. Although I have no memory of how I got from the dentistry chair to the recovery room chair, I do remember my initial waking up and honestly, other than being a little groggy, it wasn't bad at all. WestCoast Oral & Maxiollofacial Surgery give you a little take home goodie-bag when you have your wisdom teeth filled with the essentials that'll make your recovery easier. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS THEY GIVE YOU! As you should with any doctor, but I feel it must be emphasized so that you limit the amount of recovery time and reduce risks of drysocket. I was back to work the follow day with minimal swelling and very little pain. I'd recommend this location to anyone!

I came here for the original consult in August and felt that Dr. Jin Huh was really professional. I was a little nervous because he was very firm when he was checking my teeth but I realized I'd rather have someone with steady hands that is confident with what they're doing than for him to be gentle and flaky. They gave me a quote for the 5 teeth, and then sent a request for approval to my insurer. I opted out of the IV sedation and figured I should be able to tolerate the anxiety on my own. The appointment lasted about 45 minutes, I'm still in the process of healing now, Dr Jin Huh is friendly and you can tell that he knows what he's doing. Prices were reasonable for the extractions that I had done, and the receptionist did her due diligence to check with my insurance company on how payment should be taken (assignment) before I went in for the extractions. All in all I had a great experience (I mean as great as it can be to have 5 teeth removed in one go!) and the office is pretty relaxing. Soft slow music that would put you to sleep if your mouth wasn't wide open and frozen haha and there's cool action figures all over the office. I would recommend Dr. Jin Huh to people who have out of the ordinary extractions or anxiety about dental work!

Rather than checking the same X-rays first, he did a new set of X-rays and this incurred an unnecessary charge. The receipt I then received had incomplete information so it was difficult to file a claim. Returned today for a new consult. I arrived 5 mis prior, waited 20 minutes at reception and then another 25 mins in a chair. If I had not said something about waiting for 45 minutes, I could still be waiting. No one alerted me that Dr. Birdy was running late and so I just sat there wasting my time. I get emergencies, but the decent thing is to acknowledge the delays. I do not have confidence in this practice. The people there may be talented but book on the assumption that your time will not be respected.

The front desk staff are polite and helpful. The initial consultation have me a good idea of what to expect, and Dr Matthew addressed my concerns related to breastfeeding by suggesting a safe option, talking in detail about the medications used during the surgery, and confirming that an antibiotic that I was not comfortable with taking was not a requirement. The surgery itself went so quickly and smoothly that I actually missed the moment my teeth had made it out. Imagine my confusion as I was preparing for all the grinding and pulling when Dr Matthew and the assistant whose name I regrettably didn't catch suddenly seemed to lose interest in the contents of my mouth and began giving me post-op instructions. We had a good laugh about it with the assistant after. There was no bruising or swelling after the op, and while I had been advised to keep talking to a minimum I was able to participate in an online class just an hour after the extraction, and ended up needing no pain medication either. Both Dr Matthew and the lady who was assisting him were excellent. Dr Matthew is caring, approachable and warm. If you are lucky, he will impress you with his party trick of figuring out your profession based on some completely unrelated thing you say (he guessed two of my past jobs!). Unlike some of the other health professionals I've met here in Vancouver he is available after hours for emergency phone follow-ups. My only regret is that Dr Matthew doesn't have a doppelganger specializing in pediatric dentistry.

It only took me a few weeks to book for the extraction, possibly sooner if that had suited my schedule. They checked on me via phone calls and emails after the surgery, which was considerate. There was a small billing mishap but the friendly staff followed through solidly to correct it.

What i didn't like is that this place is crazy busy and on my last appointment i felt my work was rushed , Dr Roshen was running between me and the patient next room, so he was trying to do two work at the same time, in fact he froze the top of my mouth (which even made me not feel my nose for hours) and ended up by not being able to finish the work, my work that was suppose to be an hour lasted more than 2 hours(I waited manytimes with tubes in my mouth while the dentist was in the other room working on someone else), I think its unprofessional for a dentist to freeze someone and then tell em "hey look I am overbooked and i wont finish the work, come back some other time" in a previous appointment the hygienist spent 45 minutes on my cleaning and told me i have to come back for the other half? I have been getting my teeth cleaned 4 times now and this is the first time ever that hygienist has told me i need two appointments for cleaning which i found odd. oh and two appointments means twice the billing:-) Its unfortunate because i liked the staff at wallcentre but I am disappointed and will be looking at my other options in the area ,
