So I went to another 2 dentist places for a second and third opinion. Both places confirmed I am good and no need for any surgery The routine cleaning was pretty good, but the random thousands dollars of unnecessary procedures was just not acceptable, and when I was trying to discuss the potential complications, the doctor just said, "it's laser, very safe " Anyway, I'm not a professional dentist, maybe it's a edge case and can have multiple interpretations, but I feel being pushed and almost threatened for doing their surgeries.

About 2.5 weeks after my extraction, I felt like something was stuck in my extraction site and i wasn't able to get rid of it. If I had to have them removed again, I'd definitely come back to Dr.Sadeghi! I opted to have do IV sedation which I 100% recommend! Honestly, so much less anxiety-inducing than having the freezing. What i didn't like is that this place is crazy busy and on my last appointment i felt my work was rushed , Dr Roshen was running between me and the patient next room, so he was trying to do two work at the same time, in fact he froze the top of my mouth (which even made me not feel my nose for hours) and ended up by not being able to finish the work, my work that was suppose to be an hour lasted more than 2 hours(I waited manytimes with tubes in my mouth while the dentist was in the other room working on someone else), I think its unprofessional for a dentist to freeze someone and then tell em "hey look I am overbooked and i wont finish the work, come back some other time" in a previous appointment the hygienist spent 45 minutes on my cleaning and told me i have to come back for the other half? I have been getting my teeth cleaned 4 times now and this is the first time ever that hygienist has told me i need two appointments for cleaning which i found odd. oh and two appointments means twice the billing:-) Its unfortunate because i liked the staff at wallcentre but I am disappointed and will be looking at my other options in the area ,

I booked an appointment for my daughter. The staff was helpful, the assistant was supportive and the dentist ( Dr. Mitchell) was super friendly to my daughter, making her comfortable and giving me clear information about the treatment required. Unfortunately, the clinic doesn't provide the service, but, based on my experience there, I would hugely recommend this clinic.

I went in for a single cracked molar that a different dentist, Dr. Wedman, had identified and…read morescheduled to fix. Dr. Wedman went on parental leave before my appointment, and I was reassigned to Dr. Baird, who I had not met before. Once I was numbed, outfitted with a mouth dam and therefore unable to speak easily, Dr. Baird said cavities often come in pairs and asked to look at the tooth next to the cracked one. I agreed to a look. Without first confirming my consent to any work, he drilled into and filled that second tooth as well. He then found a chip on a third tooth and said he'd fix it "as charity," at no charge. Later in the appointment, after adjusting my bite, he asked if he could shave down part of an untouched, healthy top tooth so it wouldn't sit too high on the brand new filling. I said no, I'd prefer he didn't. He did it anyway. I left having had three teeth worked on instead of the one I came in for, my face covered in tooth dust that no one wiped down until I was handed a wet wipe afterward, and a healthy tooth altered without my consent after I explicitly declined. When I got the bill, the tooth I was told would be free showed a real charge. I'm still working with the office to sort that out, but the billing issue is secondary to the larger problem: a dentist who did not respect a direct "no" during treatment. Georgia Dental's own website quotes Dr. Baird saying "the best dentistry begins with listening." That is the exact opposite of my experience in the chair. Dr. Baird did not listen to me at all. I would not see Dr. Baird again and would think carefully before returning to this office.

Office Experience complaint: This business, VIP, requires…read moreme to pay for services upfront and then submits a claim to my insurance company so that I can be reimbursed. Unfortunately, over the past year, there have been two separate occasions where my insurance company sent the reimbursement directly to VIP rather than to me because the office staff had me complete the required forms incorrectly. In both instances, I did not receive the reimbursement I was entitled to for several months. I ultimately had to investigate the issue myself, discover the error made by VIP's office staff, and then take responsibility for tracking down the money that should have been reimbursed to me. When the issue occurred a second time, I asked VIP to reimburse me directly and then resolve the matter with my insurance company themselves, since the situation resulted from an error on their part. Unfortunately, VIP declined to do so. It has now been more than three months, and I still have not received the money owed to me. I also emailed the office last week requesting that they correct the situation and reimburse me directly, but I have not received a response. I want to emphasize that I have been very pleased with the clinical care I have received. The periodontist and hygienist are highly skilled and professional in their work, and I would like to continue my treatment at VIP. However, I have become increasingly concerned about the professionalism and accountability of the office staff, including the office manager. It is particularly frustrating that an administrative error made by the office has resulted in me being without my own money for more than three months, while I have been left to identify the problem and pursue the reimbursement myself. I do not believe it is reasonable or fair for VIP to accept my payment upfront but, when an error on its end prevents me from receiving reimbursement, fail to take responsibility for resolving the matter. I hope VIP will take this situation seriously, review what went wrong, and reimburse me promptly. I would also appreciate assurance that appropriate steps will be taken to prevent similar billing and insurance errors from occurring in the future. I would like to continue receiving treatment at VIP, but I need to have confidence that the office will handle billing and insurance matters accurately and responsibly.

I was referred to Dr. Farzin Ghannad. And I can without hesitation and doubt say that Dr. Farzin Ghannad of Vancouver Implant Perio Centre is THE BEST. He did not rush through the consult. He answered all of my questions. He was very clear and offered up all options with pros and cons to each. He was sincere, honest and very personable. In fact, all his staff are courteous and lovely. I've read the horror stories about gum grafts and had friends regale me with their tales of pain etc. I had absolutely none of that (thus far... I'm still in recuperation). But the procedure was quick, Dr. Ghannad was delightful, offering up comforting words of feedback along the way and his genuine care for my well-being shone through. His after care instructions were perfect and the take home kit excellent! I had no pain, and no bleeding after the procedure was complete. So far so good and I've no doubt this trend will continue through my convalescence. If you need a periodontist, please see Dr. Ghannad. He is the best there is. Truly.

I can't say enough about the exceptional care I received from Dr. Winter. The first time I met him…read morewas several years ago during what was truly the worst dental pain of my life. I had an agonizing root canal situation--the kind that even hospital morphine couldn't touch. I was in absolute misery. On that particular Saturday, Dr. Winter offered to meet me at his office that very evening or even on the Sunday, just to help me get out of that excruciating pain. What's even more remarkable is that he was even ready to arrange for his staff to come in as well, making sure he and his team could take care of me outside of normal hours. It's incredibly rare to find a dentist willing to go so far above and beyond, especially outside regular hours, and to bring in extra help just to ensure a patient is okay. Dr. Winter not only resolved the issue, but did so with a level of kindness and compassion that is truly extraordinary. If you need a dentist who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile, Dr. Winter is the one.

Lower Right: Dr. Winter did not inform me that the bridge made by the lab was too long and didn't fit. Instead of returning it back to the lab, he proceeded with its installation by adjusting one of the existing teeth and slicing the side of another one without asking for my permission or even informing me. When the job was done, the bridge was sitting lower than the original teeth used to be, creating quite a visible gap with my upper teeth, and leaving me with pain, which I never had on this side before, and which he was not able to address despite many adjustments he made. The only response from him was: "Just avoid eating on this side." Common sense tells us that one doesn't go to a dentist to do a major work in order to acquire permanent pain. I would never recommend him as a dentist.

Very disappointed now - I hadn't seen a dentist in 2 years when I saw them for a complete checkup…read moreand cleaning (when I first wrote the review) and at the time complained of a lot of pain in a molar. Dentist said it was likely just a gum infection and said there was no need for xrays, since they got mine transferred from my old dentist (taken 2 years earlier). I trusted him. So next year I go to my original dentist and they do new xrays (puzzled why the last dentist didn't do any given the pain in my molar and the 2 year period) and turns out I had a really bad cavity, NOT A GUM INFECTION. I almost had to get a root canal and lost half my tooth because it was in a strange place in between the molars and progressively got worse in a year, even with all the flossing that I was recommend by this dentist. My original dentist said this dentist did not do their due diligence and that they should have done an updated xray to double-check instead of just guessing it was gum infection, especially due to the pain I described and that the xrays were old. In the end this dentist cost me more money and more pain from not doing his job properly. Don't go here, they are unorganized, receptionists rude, and Dr. obviously incompetent in thoroughly checking into problems.
