Cesar, the arborist that came to do the inspection and estimate for this work tried to do the pruning in a way that did no harm to any of the trees involved. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started. Please note that Atlanta Arbor is covered with both liability as well as workers comp insurance coverage. I will certainly use them again as the need arises.

I called and spoke with the owner about an issue and got a lot of attitude and he was outright disrespectful. Think twice about working with this company. If you do, watch everything and make sure your contract is buttoned up. They will say they are grinding the stump and when the tree grindings evaporate you may still have a stump underneath. They do things very fast - they're a quantity type of company not quality. Take lots of pictures and videos. They arrived promptly at 8am and got busy setting up the crane and getting the wood chipper ready. They went straight to work and were very serious (sorry) about what they were doing. I havent seen a team work this well in quite a long time, they were completely in sync with what each person needed to do. The crane operator (owner) handled the 2 pine trees and the tight space they had to work with like a pro. The driver of the back hoe was very good at what he was doing, the person up in the trees never missed a beat and the guys at the wood chipper handled the mess very quickly and with chain saws, shovels and rakes. You can always tell a team of people that have worked together for a while because this team was working as one. I couldnt have asked for a better team of people to remove these trees. When they left my house the only way you would know they were there was by my yard from the back hoe (I expected more damage to my yard then they did) they blew and removed the debris from my yard, my driveway, the street and left it clean.
