She took her time and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I will return again. Call ahead and make an appointment. It was really packed. I was lucky enough to be seen as a walk-in. I wasn't able to get my feet done due to appointments already booked but that's alright. I'm still extremely satisfied with what I was able to get.

Up until today, my mom has never been truly satisfied with anyone doing her nails- then she found Whitney. Whitney also did my pedicure with SO MUCH care, allowing me to relax and fully enjoy the calming experience. Very detailed and caring. Her peaceful personality is very soothing. They did not do the job I asked for and they also injured one my toes because they dug too deep between my nails. I am currently in pain from the work they did. I was charged $105 for this service. I don't mind paying if it's great work but at this price for mediocre work, at best, aside from walking out upset and injured is completely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars I would. My mom told me she comes here and she really enjoys the service and quality. She told me she would treat me to a manicure. When I approached the counter for service, I saw only a gentleman (who is probably the owner) and a young lady doing a spa pedicure on a lady. He quickly told me to sit down and to pick a color. Right away, I noticed he was not very friendly and very quiet. He started to take my left-over gel polish off with a machine. He was very rough. He was cleaning my cuticles and he nicked me. I was not expecting that because I was talking to my mom at the same time. I pulled my hand away because it hurt! He seemed upset and looked at me as in telling me to give my hand back to work on it again. I started to bleed and he didn't even apologize or clean the blood! To make the review shorter: I didn't get a massage, no oil treatment, no lotion and a not so nice mani. He finished the manicure and walked away. I looked at my hands when he was done and I saw the dried blood, the powder left over from removing the gel polish with the machine. The price on the price list said $14. It said Spa Manicure but I didn't get no spa manicure! I asked him why he was charging me $14 since on the description it said something about a hot oil treatment and a warm towel for my hands. I basically started arguing with him and of course, he said that I didn't get that! He didn't really speak English so arguing wasn't solving anything. He basically got his way and didn't solve the problem. I was so upset! I've been to so many mani and pedi places and I pay about $8-10 for a manicure and they're really nice! The manicure was done in about 15 minutes! He was really in a hurry and as if he was having a bad day or something! My mom was also very upset because she comes here and she is treated nicely by a young lady. Well, I didn't! And even worse, when she paid $14.50 (which was 0.50 cents more with the debit card transaction),he had the audacity of asking my mom if she was giving him a tip! A tip for what!?! I'm sorry but I give a tip when I'm satisfied of service and a bigger tip if I'm really satisfied. My mom didn't give him a tip and he seemed even more upset! I didn't want to get more upset so we just walked away. Don't come here, or maybe ask around other people waiting for service who is the best here, but definitely don't get the gentleman there.
