Even though it was a hot day, there was a good amount of shade throughout the park, along with lots of picnic tables where families could sit, relax, or enjoy a snack. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and we especially appreciated that they had two family restrooms available. There is also a concession stand for snacks and drinks and a gift shop at the end, which was a nice touch before heading home. There was significant miscommunication from the host prior to the event, and when we arrived we were unexpectedly told we needed to make changes. Our party was also moved from our original table to much smaller tables that did not provide enough space for our group. Throughout the event I had to repeatedly go back and forth with staff to clarify these issues, which made the experience frustrating and unenjoyable. They also attempted to charge us an additional $200 for a game that I was clearly told was included in the mixed birthday package -- something I confirmed with them at least three times prior to the event. In addition, the facility itself needs serious attention. It was not clean, masks were falling off the kids' faces, the venue appeared dirty, and the bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Overall, the space does not seem well maintained and requires much-needed upkeep. It felt like the venue was overbooked and unable to deliver on what was promised, with many inconsistencies throughout the event. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

The camp was very professionally run, facilities were great, and most importantly, the kids left happy every day. They had them work on a project all week to showcase to parents on the last day.
