** WARNING ** DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICES. I took my daughter's iPad mini here because it was referred to me by a few people. I regret the decision. On October 19 I dropped off my iPad mini for a simple cracked screen repair. I was assured it was no problem and they could help me. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing so I contacted them to find out the status. I was told that the part was on order and I would be contacted when it was ready. Two more weeks passed and I contacted them a few times (in person, called and DMs). Finally, it was ready. So I went in to pick it up, only to find out they repaired someone else's and not mine. After several more weeks of back and forth I had many excuses. Also, they broke the sensor in the process by cracking it with a screw. So now that piece had to be replaced as well. A wrong frame part was also sent to them from a supplier. Then they were having issues with the button. Finally, I was told it was ready after 7 weeks of waiting ... SEVEN WEEKS. So I went to pick it up. It wasn't charged and they could not show me that it was working properly. However, they assured me it would be fine after going through a series of updates and clicks/taps. When I get home and plug it in I see the details of a sloppy rebuild. The button was falling out, the screen was not on properly and the case was all scratched up. So needless to say, its NOT FIXED. I should have listened to my gut instinct and gone to a place that specializes in technology instead of a place that offers it as a secondary service to their comic book business. In the end, I still have a busted iPad that is useless and an upset very patient daughter. Thank goodness they only charged me $20 to drop it off and have a terrible experience. read more

Drive out a couple nights ago and No one Was there, but it didn't matter because i called the guy and he told me there was a free drop box out back for me to drop my recycling in. said rheyre moving up the street. This area is excellent. The personnel are fantastic pleasant as nicely. they've tons of games you may come play and socialize! they'll even help train you the way to play. Their restore ability is notable excessive and their expenses are way lower than i used to be looking forward to! I got my telephone constant there within the reasonably-priced, and it works tremendous. read more

***Do NOT use for tech repair services.*** I can't speak to the gaming aspect of the business, but I write this as a warning to consumers not to take your electronics to Nerd Rage for repair. The proprietor of Nerd Rage used to own/run PC Graffiti, a tech repair place that had such a bad record that it closed down a few years ago. Google them and check out their old Yelp reviews. When he was running PC Graffiti, this guy had my laptop for MONTHS to fix an issue with the screen, and in the process he fried the keyboard, two USB ports, the battery and the charging connection. Then he charged me for parts he did not install (an examination of the computer confirmed it still had the original motherboard, which he charged me $250 to replace), and returned it in non-working order. I ended up having to buy a whole new laptop. Judging from the other review of Nerd Rage's tech services on here, he's still up to the same tricks. Just do yourself a favor, read the old PC Graffiti reviews and take your tech elsewhere. read more

I thought I had broken my entire laptop after I had dropped it and it stopped charging, along with what looked like a broken USB port. The man at Nerd Rage was so kind and took his time to take apart my whole laptop just to confirm that I had only broken the charger, rather than the whole laptop. The whole process took about 20 minutes, with a lot of extra work on his part, and he even helped patch up my USB port as well. All for free!!! Would 100% recommend coming here, the workers are extremely nice, helpful, and all around kind. read more

Firstly, I'd like to say that this store is pretty cool and it seems like there's a ton of awesome social opportunities for game aficionados in the area. That being said, I tried to have my iPhone repaired there to no avail. I had it looked at twice in the same day. After returning it a second time to be looked at I was told it would be fixed and they'd let me know. Six days later, I stopped by to check on it to find out it hadn't been looked at in the six days and despite how nice and apologetic the associate was, I had to leave it there again. A couple days later I went to pick it up and it seemed to work fine until I took it to my carrier store for a separate issue. At the store, the screen messed up again showing it had not been fixed correctly to begin with. At my carrier store, I was offered a trade in deal I felt I couldn't turn down. I didn't want to risk taking it back to NR to have it not fixed again and forgotten for many more days. I then proceeded to trade it in and contacted NR concerning it. I was told I would have had to bring it back to prove it wasn't working still, although it had spent over a week there not being fixed. I realize that trading it in before asking for a refund wasn't the best way to ask for my money back for the repair, but I was panicking about not having a phone again for who knows how long and I couldn't risk that with my jobs. So, yeah, seems great to buy cool stuff, but if your iPhone has touch disease etc. reconsider having it fixed there. read more
