I'm very happy with the service provided. My Windows desktop was getting very hard to boot because…read moreof a problem with the power button. Jesse not only replaced the button, but noticed that my disk was running slow and was hot, so he replaced it with a solid state drive. He also cleaned all the pet hair from the system, so it came home looking new. The process took nearly 10 days, but only because ordering the power button took a week. Jesse had explained my options and let me decide if I wanted to replace my disk or hope the current one would last another year or more. When I decided to go ahead with the solid state disk, he migrated the old drive's contents to the new drive and returned the old drive with the system so that I bury it properly! ;-) My computer works great now -- all my apps, documents and settings are intact, but it runs faster and is, once again, easy to boot!
