After some connections checked it was found that it was a riser pipe that had been hit with a trim nail years ago. Had to cut open the wall, put a new piece in and tested. Curtis walked me through the settings and operations as the old heater was from 20 years ago, and lots has changed over the years. He explained all the features and answered all my questions.
