They should be your first call if you are looking for a qualified plumber. We would highly recommend them for all your plumbing projects. They said they would be here between 8:00 and 10:00 and at 8:00 the doorbell rang. They had the new hot water heater installed, removed the old one and the area cleaner than when they arrived all before 10:30. Curtis walked me through the settings and operations as the old heater was from 20 years ago, and lots has changed over the years. He explained all the features and answered all my questions. Curtis and Scott were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I know they will be my first call when I have a plumbing need.

When we called today and introduced myself, asking for Missi, she hung up on me without saying anything further. We tried calling back several times with no response. We would highly not recommend this company due to their very poor customer service, which can be a significant problem in future projects when you need reliable communication. After we left a negative review, Missi called me back from a hidden telephone number, trying to represent a different company "Cart On 12" (where we also left negative feedback which is posted on Google) and tried to figure out who we were and why we left the negative feedback. Plus, when Dave came to get the A/C squared away, he shared additional advice/knowledge about the house, which they've serviced for years. Bailey was also impressive when he came to do needed follow up work to get the rest running right. I will rely on Eagle for my central A/C, my attic forced-air furnace, my water softener AND the hydronic heating system in floor and ceiling. I'm taking advantage of their semi-annual service for the coming warm/cold weather soup to nuts and appreciate the peace of mind that gives me. Oh, and Blaine, an estimator, even made a house call to check the basement with me before the installation of a much-needed dehumidifier. I love these guys! Seriously capable HVAC people, courteous, helpful and if you ask questions, they will answer with details that help in the future.
