At first he whole experience was tolerable. The techs that came out were ok but they would not look…read moreat the pump as I requested and had som eissues communicating with me. They acted like I was not there and would not check the whole system as I requested (this was an emergency call). They stopped at the pressure tank. A week after I paid by check they called and told me my check had been returned. I gave them a different payment, paid a returned check fee and called my bank. They had never submitted the payment to my bank. I had to cancel the first check and when I called to discuss it with them as they now had made me pay twice and with additional fees, I did not get a return call. I called again and Madeline bsically laughed at me and said it was not her problem and the fact that they got a charge back (from a bank that was not mine) meant it was my financial responsibility even though it was their mistake. When I threatened to report them for bank fraud they mysteriosly were able to rectify the situation. Terrible company, terrible people, fraudulent activity. Avoid at all costs.

Very pleased.

I emailed this company to purchase a part for a water purification system because the manufacturer…read moresuggested them. It all started out fine, I asked questions, sent pictures and got responses. I was waiting on a final price for several days. I emailed and called many times. I finally got in touch by phone and provided payment by card. I received the part a week later. No receipt! No invoice! No paperwork at all. Upon installing the part, there was a piece missing. I sent an email with pictures and explanation. I received no correspondence back. I called on the phone and got no reply. I am not talking about a cheap part either. It was over $200. Since I do not live near this business, I could not even go there. I can't mail it back. I was stuck creating my own piece to replace the missing item. Are you kidding me!!

I recently purchased a Purerair Raindrop humidifier and needed to ask a pertinent question as their manual is not deep...It seemed I was bothersome to her and it showed. I asked for information on a larger unit as we own a large home and heat with wood. I was told she would e-mail information right out which I did not receive. I phoned back later in the afternoon and got voicemail...This company is a small fish in a large sea of humidifier manufacturers and I called and purchased a Honeywell unit which was in my price range with a free extended warranty. I would not recommend Purer USA.
