Once the proposal is accepted, they email a link with no other terms than 29% Carrier Card, and the customer is misled to look into the application for other terms, and this is false. The customer is finishing with a hard inquiry on his/her credit, lowering his/her credit score, and a Wellsfargo $xx,xxx new credit which definatly increases the DTI ratio. In other words, Potter HVAV is messing the credit of good people.... Be aware of it.

This review is for a sewer project completed on two different days separated by a few weeks. The…read morefirst part of the project was for the replacement of a trap, sweep and approximately 10ft. of mainline sewer pipe. This part of the project went very well with no issues, 4.5 stars for this. Unfortunately, this did not completely solve the issue, so additional work was required to (as stated on the estimate/proposal) "replace the rest of the existing sewer outside of house in front yard". This work was started at the foundation and worked back towards the previous pipe section that was replaced. Some issues were encountered with the main waterline and sump discharge line, and sections of these lines were removed for better digging access. Approximately 6 ft. of pipe was replaced at the foundation and digging continued towards the previous replacement location. When within about 3ft. of the previous repair, it was obvious that not enough mainline sewer pipe was brought to make the complete repair. As the day was getting late, I went out to get the additional pipe and fittings, and when I returned only an additional 10ft. of pipe had been replaced (what they had brought) and nearly all of old pipe remaining (approximately 8ft. that should have been replaced) was still in place and backfilled. When I mentioned this, was met with "I only bid this as a 1-day job", " I have an inspector lined up for another job tomorrow" and "it is not safe". In actuality, it was extremely poor planning, in a rush and the lack of materials as to why the job was not completed per the scope. The next day, I requested (via e mail) that since the job was not done per the estimate/proposal a camera inspection be done to check the condition of the old pipe that was not replaced as it should have. No response to that other that a picture of a tube of sealant I should use on the foundation wall pipe penetration they did not seal. The second part of the job was not completed per the scope and could have been but for adequate planning and a little extra bit of time. This part of the job, and lack of follow up is 0.5 stars. I would hesitate to use Generation plumbing for any sewer work, they came recommended to me, and why I chose them, but I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
