Excellent service and employees stepped right up to ask me if I needed help. They also had great advice for snowboarding and many other topics when I asked! Small board shop, tucked away but great place and they sell top tier snowboarding gear! read more

Finally! This is what Rochester needs:a full service snowboard and surf shop that actually cares! I was looking for a new snowboard setup and these guys really helped me out. They were knowledgeable about everything I asked (unlike the big store here in town), friendly (unlike the other, again) and easy to work with (I'll say it again). Zach got me on the right track and thinking about my next move and Jonah REALLY helped it all come together. Even the owner Fred weighed in and helped me figure out what size and width board was best for me. I walked out of there with my dream set, and knew it was the right one for me, not just the one they were trying to sell today. The whole place has a family feel, as evidenced by the owners very young son walking around "working". If you are looking for good gear, and an incredibly pleasant experience, this is the place! read more

I ordered a croissant and it tasted like a plastic children's toy. It definitely doesn't taste like the croissants that I'm used to eating. I've never had macaroons before and they had a 3/$5 "deal." I ordered a chocolate one, a strawberry one, a latte one. I also ordered maple candy, which wasn't bad. I'm not a big fan of this restaurant. If I want coffee before my next Ellicottville Half Marathon, I'll hit up Katy's Cafe instead.

In terms of value, we found everything to generally be within a reasonable price range - and I managed to find some really fun items, including strawberry mint (excited to use it in a cocktail) and an heirloom cherokee purple tomato plant. I also picked up a lovely little variegated string of hearts succulent and a couple other plants to add to my collection. Couldn't find a couple of the items I was looking for though (a friend asked me to see if I could find a Chinese money plant - and considering they're fairly common, I was surprised that Bristol's didn't have any), but one location can't have everything, ya know? Anyway, Bristol's was lovely and I'm sure I'll be back during future plant shopping adventures.

Hayride very scenic and informative of history. My friends and I enjoyed the market and fall activitues. Highly recommended for families teens, adults. Kids or someone looking to have fun. The pumpkin picking was an experience and the farm grows 32 different varieties.
