The customer service is always good, not excellent, but good. The staff is pleasant and they look at me in the eye as I order anything. This locations service has tanked in the past 6 months! I used to go often for the prepared foods, cleanliness, and gas. The soda machine Pepsi products are always out, the ice machine never work, and now the hey charge for ice that previously was dispensed with the soda. They no longer have the wraps they used to have, the staff lacks professional attire even for a gas station ( dirty clothes, side ways hats, no one ever at the register.) or standing outside smoking. They used to have great protein chips but they no longer carry them. The hours- after 7pm you never know if they're going to be open or closed and the lights outside are usually off at night. A few nights ago they were closed at 9pm and the amount of cars that drove up to go in or get gas in a 10 min period was over 15- lost business. The location clearly lacks any oversight and is poorly run and it's being run into timer ground. I hope they pull it together or they will be closed by end of this year or next. read more

Had a nice visit from out of town. The guy I chatted with a guy named Neil who was very friendly. I recommend this place.

I heard about the Neon Marketplace online so I thought I'd stop in after seeing how good the food looked. I ordered a chicken sandwich called "The Vineyard" and I ordered it on a touchscreen computer in front of the pick up counter, it then prints a slip & they call you when it's done. The coffee I made at a self serve station, pretty happy with how the coffee came out, French toast is my go to. When the food came out I ate in the front, pretty nice spot to bring your laptop if you need to do some work. Pretty impressed with the chicken sandwich, I thought that was just as good or better than some restaurants I've been to. Overall great experience, the brick oven pizza and food here intrigue me for a gas station/cafe, I'll have to try the pizza next. read more

I never ever thought I'd make a gas station a go-to destination for takeout pizza. Three things changed my mind. 1) Tuesday's special of 2 pizzas for $15. 2) A real pizza oven & great looking photos. 3) I'm friends with the guy they brought to run the Neon food stations in New England. I definitely wanted to try the pepperoni because all the photos that I had seen of that pizza showed the cupped, well done pepperoni which is something I dream about. I would have gone with a white pizza version for my second pizza but I am married to a meat lovers pizza guy (and I want to stay married!). I ordered online for later in the day pick up. I was a smidge early for my pick up time when I entered Neon so I asked the woman by the pizza oven & she said my pizzas just went in the oven. So I walked around the store - very clean, lots of food/beverage options, friendly staff. As she boxed up my order, I asked about her favorite pizza - pepperoni followed by white hot honey chicken. Hubby & I enjoyed the pizzas - he preferred the pepperoni & I liked the meat lovers. We both prefer thin crust pizza but, while this was thicker crust, it was well balanced with the sauce & toppings. read more

Took advantage of the free large pizza coupon that came in the mail. I went on the last day of the free pizza offer, as did many other people! They ran out of large pizza dough, so they offered two small pizza's as a substitute. Win! I got to try two different pizza toppings. The place was rocking but the staff was great. Pizza's came out pretty quickly. I ordered the meat lovers and the Buffalo chicken. Toppings were very generous. For a gas station pizza....I give them 5 stars! BTW...they have a gas fired pizza oven that cooks at 800 degrees! It looks like all small pizzas are $5.00 and all large pizzas are $10.00 regardless of the toppings you choose! read more

I went there on a Tuesday they have 2 pizza with all the toppings you want for$15.00. I have to say it was the worse pizza I ever had. I am not kidding I threw one away, a few people tried a piece and I threw the rest away. The sauce was bland , none of the toppings was any good, and the crust was thick. They advertised wood fired pizza and you could taste the wood, like they were using stockade fencing wood. this place is very friendly when i go there at nighttime. the crew on 3rd shift always seems to be short staffed but always seems to get stuff done. The man who is the cashier is very friendly and helpful. I see him cleaning the store every night and i don't know how he keeps the place so clean. read more
