The shop says another price. Given that the miscommunication is a reflection of intentional company policies it seems intentional rather than accidental. I tried to be understanding and thought the first time was just a fluke with customer service. Then I went a second time with my partner and they were not ready for service at open time. My partner decided not to get her car serviced. The following time after that she took my car to Valvoline (terrible). Today, I decided to give them another chance. Third times a charm right? WRONG. I pulled up about 8:15am. An employee comes over and asked what I needed and I said oil change. He asked me to pull up behind a truck and then walked away. So I'm just sitting in the car waiting...... he didn't say to wait or he'll be right back. Then I see another employee pulling up and heading in. Walked right past me and then he walked out to their service area. Mind you, I'm still sitting in the car. This is definitely not the Jiffy Lube service I'm accustomed to. I'll never go back here again. I rather drive the extra mileage to another Jiffy with better customer service!
