This is not a revolving door business which I appreciate. The dental hygienist does a amazing job at cleaning your teeth and giving tips. The dental assistant is great as well, she always ask what issues or concerns you may have before starting any procedures and, tells the dentist for his own knowledge. I was scared to have my teeth worked on due to sensitivity plus, prior experiences at other dentist offices. The dentist here made sure I was fully numb and, while he is working he lets you know exactly what he is doing. He's really good and pretty quick at getting your teeth or tooth taken care of. I must confess that I have been confused about my treatment, because it is a procedure I never experienced. However, time after time, he patiently explains things to me . The support staff are wonderful, all quite friendly, attending to all my needs in a very professional manner. This is truly the first dental center of any type that I feel quite comfortable at, and do not fear any appointments! I do not like the central office hub, which answers the phones, answers questions, and interacts with you. In other words, when I call the office, I do not get to talk to the people in the Muhlenberg office. I talk to people that do not know me, don't seem to have much knowledge in dentistry, and many times are difficult to communicate with. This is because I am in the process of getting dentures, and my speech is difficult to understand! However, they do not appear to have access to my case, and therefore they are very difficult to communicate with. Despite this, I totally love the office, people, and their manner in Muhlenberg, and will continue to tolerate the call center, main office, etc. I do not know where I am calling, but seriously, it might as well be another universe.

He made the scary experience for a 4 year old entertaining, fun, and educational. My son wasn't scared one bit! He sat and played with Legos and puzzles during my exam. Office staff verified (twice) at that 1st visit that they would accept Aetna's proposal of $1,602. Ten days later I return for another fitting Now they tell me they are NOT sure I have Zero co-pay for the dentures they have listed at $4,800. I leave asking them to clarify all this. NOW, they receive confirmation from Aetna, my agent and I do a conference call, the person At Grove Dental again confirms I am and will not be liable for any Co-pay PRESENT DAY JULY 27th 9:30am I arrive for my designated appt, again the office manager tells me they have not received the confirmation from Aetna, THIS is now the 5th incident where Grove Dental has no ides what they are doing when it comes to patient rapport. HOW, many times must I or any patient put up with such incompetence where the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, do they not talk to each other at Grove Dental does one tech do something and not tell the others, does one office administrator do something and not write it down or tell any of the others working in the office? For the past couple of years I have had nothing but horrible experiences with Grove. They have double billed me, my parents, and I know friends of mine who were double and even triple billed. Every other dentist bills the insurance first and then you pay why they say you owe. But oh no not with Grove. You are paid in full at the time of your service you then receive a bill for double sometimes triple the amount you have already paid. Frankly it is borderline financial harassment. The doctors always seem rushed because of how many patients they have. The last time I got a filling the doctor didn't even wait until the novocain took affect and started drilling. I will no longer be a patient of Grove and will NEVER go back or recommend anyone here. Update from my original google review. I have since been to a new dentist who has told me that she doesn't see any reason as to why I have so many fillings. I now have permanent tooth pain because of the amount of fillings. I also have now have extreme anxiety going to the dentist because of the last experience I had at Grove.

Five stars and close to home, so I called and left a message. Within 15 minutes, Dr. Eric Angstadt called me back. He asked if I was in pain, or if I could wait until the following day. I opted to wait. I had the pleasure of both Drs. Eric and John Angstadt attend to my broken tooth. No pain, no drilling, and it was temporarily fixed in 20 minutes! Went back a week later for a temporary crown, and once again, I had to call after-hours because of some discomfort. Dr. Eric happened to be in the office and had me come right over. A few tweaks with the drill and BAM! Problem solved! I'm not a fan of dentists, but I'm a HUGE fan of excellent customer service and response time. This was my first time visiting at Aspen Dental in Wyomissing. My appointment was for 10am. I…read morearrived at 9:40 the door was locked it looked as if no one was inside and there was a lady already waiting. As i wait, 5 additional people arrived. A fedex truck came at 9:58 and the receptionist opened the door for them and then allowed the people inside. The receptionist was kind and friendly gave me an iPad to fill out my information. A young lady came and took me to take me to do my X-rays, she was very kind and friendly as well. She explained everything in detail and also explained what she was doing and why. Very nice and informative. Then she took me back to a cubicle where she had me lay in a dentist chair took additional photos of my teeth where we met with a dental hygienist looked over my teeth she was very pleasant and informative as well. The Dentist came in looked at my teeth and X-rays He informed me of my cavity in my uppper right side. That he has one patient that he is with right now and he wil be with me momentarily. He was very kind and explanatory as well. The hygienist proceeded explaining everything to me and took me to the front office where I met with the office manager about billing Kayla was her name. She was rude and abrupt. She showed me a breakdown of the cost of my X-rays cleaning, deep cleaning, cavity filling treatment today. When she was finished speaking. I pulled up my insurance on my phone and showed her that all these things are covered 100% That my co-pay is only 50$ She was very rude when speaking with me and threw a paper at me and said we'll sign this then and we can't help you then. I don't know when we can get you another appointment I said I'll do all the stuff because my insurance pays for everything I get everything done my insurance pays for and she said They don't cover everything I showed her they do and she proceeded to tell me I have to pay an additional 1200$ I said I'm going outside to call my insurance company and I did I went outside called my insurance company gave them the information and codes for the deep cleaning all three codes she was trying to bill me extra for and the insurance adjuster said that they are covering them 100% they were still on the phone with me as I walked back in the dental office and I told the receptionist And the adjuster said if they hve a problem with it they can call her or do a preauthorization I waved the hygienist down and explained the situation we sat down and spoke about everything I told her how Kayla was treating me and acting like a bitch very rude and unprofessional She said she can fit me in later that day Then I asked what about my cavity she said I can do both tomorrow at 10:30 am I said ok She said wait here I'll go get the office manager to put you on the schedule She comes back and informs me that the owner of the company is in surgery and she can't put me on the schedule due to what transpired today until the owner gets back to her My appointment was 10am But I couldn't get none of my services done I got nothing done Nothing Unacceptable

I was frustrated as I needed to get the process of getting implants going. Thank god for Fleetwood Dental. First of all, the office is extremely clean and comfortable. All of the team members are super nice and helpful. Everyone has beaming positivity which makes each visit great. After telling them about the posts that I've had in for 3 years, they worked on getting me temporary care and worked on getting the parts that I needed. It only took a short amount of time before I got a temporary retainer and eventually temporary crowns. The attention to both detail and my own comfort is something that I really appreciate from the Fleetwood Dental group. Each visit I felt cared for in the highest manor Next and last step is my implants and it is so great to know that I am in such great hands. I cannot explain how thankful I am to Dr.Lee and Dr.Jack and everyone apart of the Fleetwood Dental Group. I cannot stop smiling too .
