I went to this place a year ago, paid $125 for new patient exam, cleaning and x-ray. They never cleaned my teeth. I had a small cavity that they wanted to do a root canal. Now I'm no expert but they are definitely "stealing" money. 1 year later I received a text saying that I have uncompleted dental work. Either they think they are going to steal my money again or they are desperate for patients. Either way I will never go to this place again. I arrived at 9:30 am I was still sitting the the waiting room it was going on 12 pm still waiting to be seen by someone. Not to mention the waiting room was packed with others who had to wait forever. I don't even know what sort of work they do on teeth because I didn't even get that far. I ended up leaving because that's way too long. Also, another thing people who came in after me ended up going before me. It made no sense. Receptionist and the Office Manager were very rude to me every though I paid for my insurance. They told me they did not take Avesis Third Party Administrators, Inc. which Gessinger Gold has told me they do several times. Also, for the Oral Surgery to be processes under your medical benefits. The doctors and Dental Assistant were very ruff with me. They do a 30 second cleaning compare to a 15 minute cleaning every six months so where else. I have very sensitive mouth because I have extra bone in my mouth and they said I grind my teeth when I am sleeping. My boyfriend said that is not true because; he watches me sleep and he does not go to bed until morning because he has insomnia. They wanted to pull a tooth that was dead for $2,000 but; I pulled for free. I will never go back to this dentist every again or recommend it to anyone. They told me teeth needed to be pulled and I had severe cavities and needed root canals (all red flags) I allowed them to clean my teeth which was not gentle! I hate to leave negative reviews but this establishment is just unacceptable. I went in there today for a 1:00pm appointment for my daughter who needed fillings done. We arrived 15-minutes prior and after about half an hour of waiting, I walked up to the desk to ask how much longer it would be. The girl at the front desk said "I don't know, I only make the appointments." Our paperwork and payment was taken at the visit prior so all my daughter had to do was come in and get her treatment done. After an hour, my daughter got anxious and we decided to leave. We went up to the Front Desk to cancel today's appointment and ask for a refund as I was going to look for a new dentist. When asked for the refund, the girl behind the desk said that "only a manager can issue a refund and she is out." Where is the manager at 2:00pm during the weekday? Apparently the manager "went home with a fever and won't be coming back until he/she takes a Covid test with a negative result". I'm sure you can imagine how that made me feel. We left the office with zero of our needs met and that is not how you wish to leave a medical office. This establishment clearly lacks in management and needs more communication between front office staff and dentist when scheduling appointments. I expect to wait 10-15 minutes when I arrive at a scheduled appointment but not over an hour. Very disappointed, will not be coming back to this Dental office. read more

First review ever. I have never had a worse experience. First time to the dentist in several years. Made an appointment. Paid cash. After about 20 minutes in the waiting room i get called. Sit in the chair and now wait an additional 20 minutes. 4 different people popped in, asked if I had any pain, and claimed someone would be in shortly. Eventually they did some Xray thing. Never was given any results or actual confirmation that they did anything. Then began the "cleaning". First the lady, Jabbed my mouth all over causing extreme pain. While doing so she mumbled something about flossing. Who knows. Then she said she would begin to polish the teeth. This process took all but 30 seconds. Afterwards she got up and said, "you can use mouthwash at the sink if you like" So that was it. I'm laying in the chair thinking this was a joke. I spent 213$ cash for a good amount of waiting, some "Xray BS", Some jabbing and bleeding, And a 30 second polish job. Next time ill go to a real dentist and skip the "Fast food Version" read more

Had a tooth pulled today and the dentist and his assistant were VERY friendly. They definitely made me less scared. My only complaint is the lack of privacy, I wish they had curtains to provide a little privacy. Didn't enjoy having a 4 year old stare at me with my mouth wide open and drool sliding down my chin. I would recommend. Oh, I also arrived about an hour early since I went right after work and I was called back within a few minutes of waiting, even with a full waiting room. read more

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I waited 2 hours to be seen. I had a 1:30 appointment. I waited another half hour in the chair. The dental assistant took xrays. When dentist finally came in she gave me a 2 second exam and 1 minute cleaning and referred me to a specialist to have my chipped tooth taken care of. They just want the easy money and do not want to do any filling or drilling. They get insurance money by saying they cleaned your teeth and took xrays. They barely looked at the xrays so it was a huge waste of time and insurance money. Now I have to contact my insurance company and see if I can find another dentist. This is a SCAM and I will be reporting them to my insurance company and whatever authority. Another thing...the dentist had a paper mask over her face. She had an Indian accent. The very few words she said,I could not understand. She walked out of the room when I asked her to repeat herself. I had to ask the technician what is going on.... I was stunned..absolutely stunned! Do Not Go Here under any circumstances if you can help it. Its a scam to get insurance money with no work. I am going to see if I can get my xrays.
