I grew up seeing Dr. Speicher. Since he has left the practice things have gone downhill. My husband had close to $1000 worth of work done on his teeth in September. We gave them $300 on the day the work was done. They told us to wait until the insurance paid their portion. I got monthly statements but they never showed that the insurance companyever paid them. Surprise Surprise when I got home today and opened my mail and there is a letter there threatening to send me to collections. I called the insurance company and they show no record of ever receiving a claim for anything other than his cleaning and xrays. (Which by the way I paid for and got reimbursed) I called and spoke with Traci (the billing and collection specialist). She told me that I didn't do my part by calling her sooner and she had no idea that I hadn't received a check and just didn't pay them. I told her I never got an EOB paid or denied. So I assumed (I guess wrongfully on my part) that there were issues and they were waiting for more information. Traci tried to tell me that they don't receive information if claims are denied. Bull crap. I would have gotten a letter the very next day telling me the claim was denied and I needed to pay. She then tried to pass it off as a computer glitch. I told her the only way they were getting paid is by them submitting the claim to insurance as I had already given them $300 and they weren't getting a penny more out of me until they did their job. I will be following up with the insurance company on Friday and we as a family will not be going back there ever again. Oh did I mention that the fillings my husband had done are already starting to give him problems. Figures. I'll have to pay to have them done again the right way somewhere else. I actually stumbled upon Boulevard Dental Associates by accident and have never looked back. Dr. Timothy Medianick has been my doctor for 3 years now and I couldn't be any happier with the care that him and his associates have offered me.Every time I step foot into their office it's a pleasant experience. For me it starts at the front desk. I'm always welcomed with a smile and a good morning on a first name basis without even taking a step towards the receptionist. I have the same dental hygienist for all my appointments and she is gentle while still doing an exceptional job. As for the doctor, I had not gone to a dentist in 7 years because my past experiences at other offices were awful. After finding 7 cavities, Dr. Medianick took care of all of them in 3 separate appointments and I have never had a problem with a single one of them. All I can do is speak highly about this entire staff at this office. I am so happy that I stumbled upon them because they make going to the dentist and enjoyable experience for me again. read more

Dr. Medianick was very professional and pleasant. He made me feel so at ease. He sat down with me and explained in detail what to expect with my dental treatment. My experience was painless . Most importantly he listens to your need. I highly recommend. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Kiley was my dental hygienist and demonstrates exceptional knowledge of her job and always putting me at ease. The environment was extremely clean and the staff actively practice safety in their workplace also putting me at ease especially during this COVID time. I have been a denture wearer for many years. About 5 years ago I needed to have new dentures made and my dentist had long since retired. I contacted Dr. Medianick and made an appointment for an examination and to begin the process of having new dentures made. I was so impressed with his determination to provide the best fit possible. When the dentures were completed, the fit was beyond all my expectations. My previous dentures always required the use of an adhesive. To this day, I have never used an adhesive with the dentures Dr. Medianick provided me and I've never experienced an "embarrassing situation". Changing from one health professional to another can be overwhelming at times but in my case my best referral came from my husband who has been a patient of Dr. Medianiack at Boulevard Dental for a while & everything he told me was true, I could not be more pleased! The staff is so welcoming & made me feel right at home. They addressed all my concerns & answered my questions. The dental assistant, Rosalani, was so sweet & immediately put me at ease & Dr. Medianiack is the ultimate professional. He wasn't rushed, very gentle & my exam was without doubt the most complete I've ever had explaining in detail what needed to be done. Amazing staff!! My hygienist, Teresa is awesome as well as Dr. Medianick. I have been a patient at this practice since 1982. He is very kind and gentle while doing his work on my teeth. In December 2021 I saw him for an emergency tooth problem. Unfortunately I had to have a root canal. He sent me to a specialist first and then I came back to his office for the final step. Everything went as well as I expected. Since then I have not had any problems with my teeth. Everyone in the office is always cheerful and pleasant. Traci checked me out at the end of my visit and she always does a great job! This practice has made me happy and I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Love this practice!!!!!!! read more

I wasted several visits and hours at an oral surgeons office when I decided to see Dr. Tim. He gave me my list of options and explained everything clearly. I had him remove the offending tooth, prep the gum and then implant the new tooth. I was always happy with the way he and his staff treated me. Even though they were not participating in my dental insurance, they kept me posted as to what out of network coverage they received and what my portion of the bill would be. They always explained everything first before proceeding and I never felt pressured. I'm very happy with this implant and would (and do) recommend this office to all my friends. read more

I've been coming to Boulevard Dental for 30 years and mostly been seen by Dr. Spiecher until he retired. He was a gem.I have to say I was nervous about getting a new dentist because of past experiences with other dentist's elsewhere. So when I met Dr.Medianick and had him do fillings,bridges,crown work on me I felt comfortable and trusted him through these past years as a caring and excellent Dentist, also my daughter has been coming here for over 15 yrs and has no complaints. It takes me about 45 min. to get here and it's well worth it. read more

The secretary greeted me and told me that she had read my book. The hygenist apologized for having to put the awkward piece in my mouth for an x-ray. Everyone was gracious in the office.The dentist sat down on a stool and carefully explained why I was having pain and told me how to solve it. I even got two tubes of Sensodyne toothpaste. I've been coming since 2005 since I returned from overseas.Coming to Boulevard Dental is a dream compared to the dentist that I knew as I was growing up. read more

This place is great! Not only do they offer quality service but it's also affordable. They recently updated their entire building. The staff is very friendly and caring. I have been going here since I was a kid and have created a friendship with both my hygientist, Teresa, and one of the dental assistants, Traci. My hygienist's name is Karen. I met her today for the first time, but it felt as though she were an old friend. She has a way of making one feel so comfortable. She checked, cleaned and polished my teeth today. My dental experience is always fantastic!!! I have the absolute worst dental anxiety and phobia and the entire staff there is so incredibly welcoming and friendly. You can even text to schedule your dental visits or to discuss any dental issues. It's one of the main reasons I chose this facility to begin with. I recently had two cavities filled later in the afternoon after work. Dr. Medianick's assistant Lori spent about a half an hour with me before my procedure during the numbing process, etc. We actually spent that entire 30 minutes laughing, even though it was my first time meeting her. All the staff I have known for ever they have seen me grow up and are always a pleaser to talk with. Heather my hygienist is the best couldn't ask for a better hygienist always does my checkup very carefully and is diligent.
