I was frustrated as I needed to get the process of getting implants going. Thank god for Fleetwood Dental. First of all, the office is extremely clean and comfortable. All of the team members are super nice and helpful. Everyone has beaming positivity which makes each visit great. After telling them about the posts that I've had in for 3 years, they worked on getting me temporary care and worked on getting the parts that I needed. It only took a short amount of time before I got a temporary retainer and eventually temporary crowns. The attention to both detail and my own comfort is something that I really appreciate from the Fleetwood Dental group. Each visit I felt cared for in the highest manor Next and last step is my implants and it is so great to know that I am in such great hands. I cannot explain how thankful I am to Dr.Lee and Dr.Jack and everyone apart of the Fleetwood Dental Group. I cannot stop smiling too .

I had a few cleanings done here, which were pretty normal. Like others have said, I had to wait longer than expected but nothing too drastic. I did end of switching providers though after one too many bad experiences that could not be coincidental. Saga as follows: -They switched dentists between my 2nd and 3rd cleaning here. During the second cleaning I was told I would need multiple fillings (which I kept procrastinating...) During the 3rd cleaning the new dentist said I did not need any... (to give benefit of the doubt, maybe every dentist is different...? But I felt like the previous dentist was just trying to get money out of me! -They were VERY hesitant to give a referral for a wisdom tooth extraction to anywhere but one specific place (which didn't take my insurance) Once I finally jumped through all the hoops for them to finally release my information to who I was asking them to, they only sent part of my record and I had to get X-rays redone at the place I was getting my wisdom teeth out because they "didn't have it" -During my 3rd cleaning they took the X-rays again because the "didn't have them" How do you misplace X-rays...? ‍ - the new dentist was really demeaning, mansplained EVERYTHING to me, even restated something I literally just said, and used my name every other second thinking he was "connecting with me." I did not like it! But I was thankful he retook the X-ray "for free" (not my fault they misplaced it though...) and did not lie about my filling so that was nice... mixed reviews on him -Nail in the coffin, my last appointment was 7/22 and i have not heard from them since (except to cancel a cleaning 1/23 because I decided not to continue with them...!) All of a sudden I get a collection notice in the mail saying I owe them money for my last cleaning.... I called to ask why I didn't get a bill or a call or anything. They claim they sent 8 bills before sending to collection but I did not get 1... Needless to say: proceed with caution. The people are not bad (also not the best...) but I had one too many bad experiences for it to be coincidence.

I have NEVER written a review about a dentist's office before, but I was so impressed with Sabina…read more(the dental hygenist) and Dr. Iskender that I wanted to share my experience. The office is clean, beautiful, and comfortable.The big screen TVs in every room are a nice distraction. OK- now let's get to the nitty gritty. After reviewing my medical history, Sabina got started on my xrays and cleaning. She noticed that the corners of my mouth were chapped and sore. She gently applied vaseline so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. Wow! I was impressed as I didn't even expect her to notice. Sabina began cleaning my teeth and used a combination of a water pic and dental tools to make the plaque and tartar removal as easy as possible. When my gums started to bleed, Sabina gently applied medicinal grade mouthwash to stop the bleeding. It didn't even hurt. She then polished and flossed my teeth and gave me a couple of pointers to keep my teeth healthy and my bleeding gums at bay. Then, it was time to meet Dr. Iskender. He was just as gracious and very thorough in his exam. Not only did he check my teeth, but he also carefully checked my lips, gums, and cheeks for any signs of an abnormality. I suppose all dentists are supposed to do this as part of their exam, however, I have never had a dental team be so thorough with my check up. The office treats children, offers a lot cosmetic options, and accepts insurances.

Dr. West has been the only PAIN FREE dental visit of my entire life! I needed an immediate route canal. At age 53, I have waited a long time in terror to attend to my broken tooth due to a previous nightmare dental experience many years ago. I am brand new to this area and agree with the people who highly recommended him as the best. I have never had a pain free dental experience ever, DR WEST GAVE ME THAT. He first numbed the area he gave me the 1st shot in so I didn't feel the shot and repeated this process again before the shot wore off. Ive had other doctors give me shots, but Dr. West did it perfectly right and I was shocked because I always feel the shots even if they are numbed. He knew the right to area to inject as many dentists are usually a bit off in my dental life experience who shock the nerve as they inject- not him!! Dr. West's sensitivity to my pain was what made him EXCELLENT, and his quick diagnosis and execution of precision along with his surgery craft. His understanding of taking the pain away first to relax me was his immediate priority. That told me a lot about him. My pain was taken seriously by Dr. West, he did not make me wait a minute longer in pain, it was that, which initially "won me over", - but it didn't stop there, my 100% satisfied experience continued at each step of execution of the entire visit- at each step- I was a priority to him and his staff-hence my 5 star review. As I walked through his office, it was evident all patients were treated as me! He also takes your blood pressure which truly impressed me further as a surgeon because I saw him as a "doctor" not just a dental doctor. This approach in dentistry was new to me and I felt safe and in good hands. And, his pain meds were like nothing I have ever experienced before because I felt nothing during before or after. THIS WAS AMAZING IN ITSELF- NO PAIN AT A DENTIST? !!! I learned from his staff that he is on top of the newest there is to offer in dentistry as is his staff is also required of the same. So here come the dentist with a hammer and chisel, and started pounding on my front tooth!! I got out of the chair and left, with a chip in my crown on my front tooth.. absolutely horrible experience no one should have to go through.
