Found this little gem of a restaurant on a Sunday night in Paris when most other restaurants were closed for the night. We had an nice little 20 minute stroll through the streets of Paris before our 21:30 reservation. We were immediately greeted by the hostess, who was also our cook and server. I think she may have been the owner, too. I ordered the Pad Thai with beef and it was awesome! I loved the chopped roasted peanuts on top. Some of the best pad Thai I've ever ate. It came with 2 different types of sauces (hot and soy). She said the hot was too much for many of the locals, but I loved it....The serving size for the dish was also huge! Beef and noodles for days! I did not leave feeling empty stomached! We also ordered a side of vegetable nem (similar to spring rolls) as an appetizer and they had good flavor and a nice crunch. Definitely not soggy and soft like some rolls. After dinner I ordered a Peach Bubble Tea, and it was creamy and not too sweet, but had a delicious natural peach flavor. And it was a yummy palette cleanser. Our server/chef took great care of us, and she spoke enough English to help us out, although I had no problem reading what was on the menu. I'm so glad I found this place! read more
