Mary did an incredible job gently cleaning my girl's overgrown undercoat out without rushing the process. You can tell she truly cares about the comfort and wellbeing of the animals she works with. She is a true dog whisper in every sense: she has a commanding authority they immediately respected, and she treats them with love as though they were her own dogs.
