We reached out to J Martin and they were incredibly responsive, came out the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue and had our AC repaired and running properly again. When it's this hot, getting someone out quickly is one thing -- getting the problem diagnosed and fixed the same day is another. The entire experience was professional, efficient and straightforward from start to finish. Really appreciate the urgency and quality of service. We'll absolutely be using J Martin again for any future HVAC needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area.

But within an hour, Jesse from Air Mighty Air Conditioning was at our house and ready to help. And did I mention it was SUNDAY?! Incredible! Jesse quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC system and had it fixed in about 15 minutes! Just like that, we had cold air again! Not only was the service incredibly fast and professional, but the price was very reasonable. Considering the timing, the heatwave, and how quickly he got us back up and running, it was worth every penny. We are beyond thrilled with the service we received from Jesse. When your AC goes out on a Sunday during a heatwave, you want someone who shows up, knows exactly what they're doing, and gets the job done...and that's exactly what Jesse did. Thank you, Jesse, for the stellar service! You are a lifesaver! Highly, highly recommend Air Mighty Air Conditioning!

I cannot say enough great things about Air Mighty…read more Last September, Jacob and his team replaced our downstairs unit with a new inverter-style air conditioner. The unit is amazing, and the level of service they provided was exceptional. The team was professional, gave us a great price, and also serviced our other AC while they were here. We knew it was about time to replace the upstairs unit too, but the timing just wasn't right. Fast forward to yesterday: the upstairs AC stopped blowing cold. I spent a rough night trying to sleep in the desert heat. This morning I called Air Mighty, and once again they took great care of my family. Michael came out and was extremely helpful. He was upfront about the service and everything he was doing. He confirmed what I already knew, it's time to replace the unit, but he got it working so it will hopefully get us through the next few months. The upstairs AC is now blowing colder than it has in months. I plan on replacing the unit in a few months and would not consider calling any company other than Air Mighty Air Conditioning. I truly appreciate this company and highly recommend them to anyone needing service or a replacement. The prices are fair, but more importantly, the people and the quality of their work are exceptional.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my experience. We have been paying for a monthly…read moremembership that includes preventative maintenance, and our AC was just serviced by this company about two weeks ago. We were told everything looked good. Two weeks later, our AC completely stopped cooling during a heat wave. This was actually the first emergency no-cooling call I've had since signing up for the membership, and when I finally needed them, I was told they couldn't get anyone out until the following day. That was especially frustrating because there have been times when my scheduled maintenance appointments were canceled or rescheduled because technicians needed to handle emergency no-cooling calls. I completely understood that at the time because emergencies should take priority. So when I was the customer with the emergency and no AC during a heat wave, I expected that same level of priority. I ended up calling another local company, and they were able to come out the same day. The technician found that our dual capacitor was out of range and needed to be replaced. Once it was replaced, our AC was back up and running. What's most disappointing is that this is the type of issue I would expect preventative maintenance to potentially identify, especially when the system had been inspected only two weeks earlier. I understand that parts can fail unexpectedly, but given how soon this happened after our service, it makes me question how thorough that maintenance visit actually was. I do want to add that every technician we've dealt with from this company has been very nice and professional. My disappointment is not with the technicians personally, but with the overall value and reliability of the membership. We've continued paying monthly because we wanted the peace of mind of preventative maintenance and support when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the first time we actually needed emergency service, we had to call and pay another company to diagnose and fix the problem.

HVAC gone rogue? You could do worse than to get an estimate from The N-Gen. We'll keep them on speed dial while keeping their last names private in the review photos. On August 3, 2026, I contacted customer service and spoke with Veronica, who asked for time to review my account and concerns. On August 18, I spoke with Joseph, who informed me that Veronica was unavailable but said he would send her another message regarding my concerns. Later that day, I finally received a text message from Veronica stating that she would escalate the matter as "urgent." Today is August 25, 2026--22 days after my initial call--and I still have not received a phone call from Veronica or anyone in management. I have now been told that there is supposedly an email addressing my concerns, yet no one has had the professional courtesy to contact me directly to discuss the situation or provide a resolution. For a customer who invested approximately $15,000 in a new system, this level of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. I should not have to repeatedly follow up for more than three weeks simply to have my concerns acknowledged and addressed by management.

He took the time to carefully look around and figure out what was causing the problem instead of rushing through the job. He explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were. I also really appreciated that he explained the cost upfront and let me know about things I wasn't aware of before starting the work. There were no surprises, and I felt comfortable knowing exactly what was being done and how much it would cost. Johnny was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. I'm very thankful for his help and the way he treated me with kindness and respect. From the start, he took the time to explain his entire process in detail so I could easily understand exactly what he was going to do. We hired him for a significant amount of work, and he handled all of it flawlessly. He replaced our kitchen sink, garbage disposal, and the angle stops around our bathrooms. He also installed a brand-new water heater, a Flow Tech anti-scale system, and a thermal expansion tank. Additionally, he replaced the main faucet and pipes connecting our house to the city water supply and successfully fixed our home's water pressure, which had been running dangerously high. What truly sets Gabe apart is his customer service. He is incredibly friendly, attentive, and kept in constant contact throughout the entire project. He is completely transparent and never acts like a pushy salesman; he simply assesses the issue, states the exact cost to fix it, and gives you the space to make up your own mind without any pressure. I would absolutely hire Gabe Smith and All City Plumbing again.

Kirk was FANTASTIC! Our unit is 20 years old, we have never really had regular maintenance on it. He showed up super early (they asked if that was okay, and YES thank you). Before he arrived they sent a text with his name and photo. I absolutely love this! That extra safety is so important. Kirk looked at our unit and asked some questions. He explained all they do with the "family plan" so we signed up. I am one of those that needs to be reminded of scheduled upkeep so this is perfect. He gave us the estimate before he started and I asked for a very rough estimate of a new unit (having no idea) so we decided to go with repair and hope for the best. The repair wasn't cheap but considering all the work that needed to be done as well as it being an older unit, I feel it was a very fair price. I think we did have the best with Kirk. He was able to repair our unit and give it some much needed TLC for our AC unit and furnace. He even installed our pre-purchased thermostat! Kirk was polite and considerate. He took time to answer all of our questions and ensured us that we could reach out with any questions, I believe him. Service people can often be rushed, there is a lot of work out there, but not Kirk. He didn't waste time either, I felt like he was in and out in no time at all. By the time he left we understood all that was done and what we need to do to get some additional service from our current unit. I could not be happier with the call I made this morning. I picked the right people to call!

I ended up receiving a call around 9:30 letting me know that unfortunately my time I booked was no longer available and the next time was at 11am-1pm, I of course was willing to accept the time change since we only have the 1 toilet in the house My plumber arrived around 12:50pm (very timely) and was very friendly and assessed the situation ‍ He ended up telling us he needed to grab a tool at Home Depot down the street so he left and came back and finished up his work. Thankfully it was a relatively quick fix with his total time spent with us being 2 hours. We are so happy that he was able to resolve our toilet troubles and give us peace of mind. The price was also very very reasonable, I've never hired a plumber before so I was expecting something crazy but this was affordable Very easy to work with, I highly recommend them!
