They apparently have three different account systems. 1. https://allamericandoitcenter.com/ 2. An in-store account system that is briefly mentioned on the above site, but with no information on setting it up. 3. https://shop.allamericandoitcenter.com/ I set up my account for the first one and thought I was good. Went in, gave my phone number, and get a completely different name. Cashier said the system may make up information if the account was not fully set up. Did more digging, found the second website with its own account. Tried to find an email to ask what the hell is going on with this, nothing, despite their contact page saying to contact them by email if you have any problems. Eventually I tracked down a contact form you can fill out; the contact form doesn't allow website addresses in it, which is kind of an issue when the entire issue involves their crappy website(s). If Home Depot can manage with one website and one account for across the entire country, you guys can too. A three building franchise doesn't need three accounts. Fix your digital system because this is a joke.

It's so clean and organized..they have simplified and a lot more user-friendly than most I've been to. I feel like the Home Depot to be growing up a little bit For a long time they were messy, construction men who are pros were there the most n knew what they wanted n their products were good but found the whole experience to be negative and confusing, with no support. Plus it was so big and intimidating ..I just couldn't be comfortable there.liked it any minute somebody who had really long boards in their cart was going to whack me in the head I couldn't even find the cashier. Not anymore! Wow what a difference! I think it's getting better...they have more items that as a female homeowner is looking for also and the support to find items I might need but was afraid to ask. I could relate to them now, and locate the items that I was looking for and the staff at the store has just been great to me whenever I go there. No person or no store or no company is perfect.
