Its crust is crackly with a bubbly top, almost akin to that of high quality sourdoughs, yet the interior is plush with a quintessentially dense bagel crumb. God, there's no limit to the amount of praises I can sing about this. The flavors with the okonomiyaki are well balanced also with the sweet tangy bbq contrasting the luscious, creamy egg omelette. It's really REALLY hard to choose a favorite though as I tried their lox, okonomiyaki, white fish, and cinnamon raisin shmear, and all of them were excellent in their own right. Omelettes yummy (well seasoned) - we always add mushrooms, ground impossible sausage and spinach. I usually get a chai latte or seasonal latte and hubby gets the lavender lemonade. Service is fast and the energy is lively and although always busy, they never rush you out.
