It took a little driving around to figure out how to enter the parking lot and parking spaces are a bit tight. After realizing my mistake, I logged onto their website through Yelp to check the booking process. I was relieved to find the booking platform was user-friendly, which allowed me to quickly book the first available appointment (Regular pedicure with French) they had for the afternoon (12:45 PM). Shortly after booking, I did receive a text message confirmation of my appointment. I decided to find somewhere to grab a bite to eat before returning for my appointment time. When I returned I was quickly checked in by their receptionist and brought back to the pedicure chairs. I was greeted nicely but the pedicurist didn't introduce herself so I can't confirm her name, but online it said my appointment was with Lissa. There was one client leaving when I arrived and another getting a manicure. The salon is very spacious and clean. A very strong citrus scent fills the building. Very light spa music played in the background throughout my visit. The TV plays videos of various island resort beaches. The gel polish removal process was very natural. No drill was used. From there she proceeded with my pedicure which was ok. She was very gentle in handling my feet and legs. I was a bit disappointed at the cold pedicure water and there were no jets or bubbles but maybe that's included with the higher priced pedicure options. This salon is DEAD SILENT lol like you can hear a pin drop in here. Very different than what I am use to. Lissa did a good job of cleaning the nail beds and achieving my desired length and shape. The outcome of the French was also just ok. I personally didn't really care for how thin the French on my big toes were but all other nails came out flawless. Their pedicure chairs are some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The massage is gentle and doesn't violently knead your back while the chairs themselves hug you like a glove. I don't know if I would return but I would definitely recommend to anyone who lives close by. Especially anyone very big on natural nail restoration. My total was $56.65 not including tip. My itemized bill was conveniently emailed to me within minutes of checking out.

I would still go back though just because of how fast they took me and it only took about 30-40 minutes for the entire time so definitely perfect if you're in a rush! Customer service or loyalty? Where?…read more As a person that has spent a career analyzing businesses, I have been excruciatingly patient of the flaws of this place for a while. I returned because it's location is convenient but my money and time are better spent elsewhere. I'm sure yours is too! Nail's aren't cheap! Save your tip money they don't care if you tip generously-you'll still have no loyalty from them. From broken nails to wayyy to over laid acrylic, not being listened to, I'm embarrassed that I kept going. I have been coming to this salon for over a year. While the quality of work is OK, the business itself is run on the fly, poorly and disorganized. When you say something or even moderately call something to their attention they begin speaking Vietnamese (very obviously and uncomfortably speaking about you), or worse Marcus their English speaking employee bad mouths the customer to whomever is in front of him. I've seen so many poor attitudes in this salon. I wish I did not feel compelled to have to write a negative review but I think loyalty as a customer is not rewarded. They won't remember if they've had you waiting 15 minutes or an hour and you will never feel prioritized. In the end I can just go to Venetian or any other quality salon. My best relevant advice don't be like me and tip +20% they will NEVER remember it or care. Not returning.

The provider took over 2 hours to do my Nexgen mani and gel pedi. He was gentle and patient. However one of my nails did break the very next day. I walked in that same day and Lynn who I believe runs the shop took me right away and fixed my nail free of charge. She is just the sweetest! They have very reasonable prices as well, my services wasn't over $100. Will definitely return here.

Parking was a breeze. Friendly greeting as soon as I walked in and I was directed to the pedicure chair and offered a glass of wine. My nail tech did not greet me but I think it was due to the language barrier. The water was ice cold when he turned on the faucet. Later I was scalded with the hot towels on my toes. Again due to the language barrier even though I requested Nexgen the nail tech did acrylic which did make my nails look more natural. He was super nice but I definitely could have gone without the glitter and the design because it doesn't look that great to me and the price seemed a bit excessive. After I left I noticed that the color of the polish did not look the same on all of my toes. Some are a darker shade than the others.
