We made a verbal deal over the phone to come and empty and remove the tank and i would be given a refund for $150. Now, i know the 35% propane in my tank that i already bought previously was well worth more than $150 But i agreed and just wanted to get rid of reliable. Anyways, after removing my tank, and even my own personal hose from the line to the regulator i have yet to receive our agreed upon credit. After calling I was told that they had no recollection of our deal... Beware of shady business practices such as this from Reliable Propane. Purchased our own tank from Noco and received promt, honest service. Thanks Noco for listening to your customers. Looking for anyone dealing with Reliable. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere and do your own research.

While he was there filling my tank, the Amazon truck came to drop off a delivery. The Amazon driver left my package in the middle of my driveway in front of my garage door. Because it is snowing very hard today I probably would not have seen it if it was still there by the time I got home because it's also very windy too. The Holland Propane driver called me to let me know it was there and offered to put it between my front door doors so it wouldn't blow away. Very fair probably the best you'll get in Fredonia. I cannot attest to his level of ability since I didn't ask him to replace a motor or something incredibly hard, more simple stuff (exhaust repair, power steering repair, so on and so fourth) but I can tell you that he is a good guy (the owner that is) and while he may come off as blunt, that's exactly the thing I look for in a mechanic. he just tells you how it is. he tells you exactly what he needs to do, he's straightforward and honest about the entire ordeal. Super super respectable. If he can't fix it he'll tell you that. took a car that has been going for years and was on the end of her life. told me exactly how much it would cost and even recommended (instead of taking a job that would get him a good amount of money) to just buy a new car because even after repair he didn't think it would last long. At the end of the day all mechanics make mistakes but I've absolutely never had a problem with this guy. as far as my interactions and experiences have went he's always been a stand up, honest, and respectful guy. That's all you can ask for especially in a town like this where the other options are either over priced or mechanics that live on their high horse. would absolutely recommend and have as well to people in my personal life and anyone who needs a personal mechanic.
