No delivery on Saturday - our propane tank is now on EMPTY!!!! Called on Saturday at 11 pm - was told by the representative - "no problem, we will get an Emergency delivery to you this evening". Received a Call at 2:30 am - "we can't deliver propane to your home due to weather conditions - but you can call the office on Tuesday, January 2, 2018"! We have been left with "0" propane since Saturday, Dec. 30th, 2017! It has now been 5 days with no propane (my homes source of heat) and 9 days since we called in our order for propane. The outside temperatures during the last 5 days has been between 5 & 19 degrees fahrenheit!!!! What kind of service company would leave their customers in this situation - SUBURBAN PROPANE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PS: This is not due to any payment issue on our end - our account actually has a credit - which means we have paid ahead - $150!
