The guy that answered walked me through the process and it was relit in about 10 minutes. If I ever need anything propane related, this place will get my first look and will have an advantage. We have been left with "0" propane since Saturday, Dec. 30th, 2017! It has now been 5 days with no propane (my homes source of heat) and 9 days since we called in our order for propane. The outside temperatures during the last 5 days has been between 5 & 19 degrees fahrenheit!!!!
