For a long time, I wasn't feeling like myself -- constant sadness, low energy, painful periods, and so many other symptoms that were affecting my quality of life. My doctor at Kaiser suggested it was depression, but something inside me kept telling me there was more to it. I started doing my own research and learned about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I didn't know MSPA offered it until they sent me an invitation last October. I made an appointment right away. From the very first visit, the staff made me feel heard and comfortable. They were kind, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything -- what the treatment involved, what to expect, and why it might help. They sent me to Quest Diagnostics for bloodwork to check my hormone levels, and after reviewing the results, we moved forward with the procedure. It was quick -- about 10 minutes -- and the only discomfort was a brief sting from the anesthesia. Within the first month, I noticed a remarkable difference. For the first time in my life, I had my period with NO cramps. I felt happy -- genuinely happy. It's hard to describe, but it's like I finally wanted to live again. Six months in, and there is no going back. This has been a life-changing experience. It turns out it wasn't depression or me "feeling crazy" -- it was my hormones. I would also like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible staff -- Stacey, Brittany, and Hailey -- as well as the friendly and welcoming team at the front desk. You are all truly appreciated -- every single one of you. From the moment I walked in, you made me feel welcome, cared for, and never rushed. Your warmth and professionalism made a huge difference in my experience, and I am truly grateful for each of you. I can't recommend this team enough.

I am beyond thrilled with my results. My procedures included an extended tummy tuck, breast lift with auto-augmentation, and liposuction. Dr. Thorburn's surgical skill is truly exceptional. My incisions are incredibly thin, precise, and already healing beautifully -- a true testament to her meticulous technique and attention to detail. She created natural, feminine results that exceeded my expectations. She gave me the body I always hoped for, and I honestly couldn't be happier. From my very first consultation, I knew she was the right choice. She took the time to truly listen to my goals, thoroughly explained every step of the process, and openly discussed potential risks -- along with exactly how she minimizes them. I felt educated, prepared, and completely confident in her expertise. Her professionalism, warmth, and calm demeanor made me feel supported at every stage. I never once felt rushed or pressured, especially when discussing finances, which was something I experienced at other offices. The day of surgery went smoothly, and her entire team was kind, attentive, and incredibly reassuring. The care I received from start to finish was outstanding. I am so grateful to Dr. Thorburn and the entire team at Napa Solano Plastic Surgery. If you're considering a mommy makeover, I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her talent, precision, and commitment to excellence truly set her apart.

My daughter had to go see him for a follow up after surgery. When we explained that she was vomiting and still couldn't keep food down 10 days post op he told us "that's not my problem". He told us to go see a GI doctor. When we explained that the GI doctors had no availability for 2 months he stated "then you'll have to wait". I told him no and that I wanted someone to assess this problem now, he told us to get out. I told him he was a rude person and that by not helping us he was assisting in the demise of my daughter. He again told us to get out waving his hand towards the door and said we were being ridiculous. All this as she again threw up. As we were leaving he hit my daughter with his hand that he was flinging around. She became very upset and threatened to call the police. His nurse quickly escorted us out to the lobby. She was very nice and apologized. She was so sweet and gave both of us hugs. Another nurse came out an helped us get an appointment with a GI doctor that same afternoon. I cannot say yet if this man is a good surgeon, because my daughter is still very ill. What I can tell you is that he has a horrible bedside manner and that he shows no empathy towards his patients who are begging for help. If you have another option I would highly recommend it. What kind of doctor tells someone begging for help that her illness is "not his problem"? In my opinion this man is a self centered egotistical disappointment to the medical profession.

Once she was released from the hospital and was in an acute rehab facility, we went to see her after her most recent CT scan. We literally spent maybe 10 minutes in her office. She was curt and does not have the best chair side manner. I would ask questions in behalf of my mother and she was not very forthcoming of any information with regard to why my mother fell. She just kept repeating " there is no more bleeding and no more swelling in the brain " . " We're good" ... When we would ask questions about weakness in her lower extremities and unsteady gait she had no answers. When I asked about what we could do about finding the appropriate SSRI for her that might work better than what she was on now she skirted out of this by saying " not my department sorry" .. she barely wrote any Physician's notes for the Rehab facility. I felt it was a complete waist of time and my Mother's time. The Medical Assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable maybe she should become a Neurologist and trade places with her. We will be going back to her original Neurologist. I would give this Physician zero stars if I could.
