And guess what? The door still doesn't fit. We don't need another pointless "reset." We need a brand-new door. The one they installed was the WRONG size from the start. They know it, and they're stalling. Now, they won't even return my phone calls or text messages. They're flat-out avoiding us instead of taking responsibility. We placed this order for new windows and doors (see my other review) back in April 2025. It's now almost October, and we're still stuck with a defective door and zero accountability. Renewal by Andersen has wasted months of our time, avoided fixing their mistake, and treated us like we don't matter. My advice? Stay as far away from Renewal by Andersen. Hire a real general contractor--you'll save at least 60% and, more importantly, you won't have to put up with their lies, incompetence, and complete lack of customer service.

We also had a new roof put on two weeks prior and in doing so, we discovered some bits of rotten fascia boards. Originally, ABC wasn't going to be able to do our gutters until much later in the season. They called my hubs to say they would be in our neighborhood the next day and wanted to do the gutters. My hubs explained that we had discovered some rotted fascia and we needed to fix that before the gutters were installed. ABC offered to fix the bad fascia and do the gutters same day. Yes, there was an up charge for the fascia. Totally worth it!! The techs were polite and thorough. They had colors that matched our house and trim. We did not opt for the gutter guard system, we don't have many trees. My neighbor loves her gutter guards, though.

Seals on every door in the home do not seal, snow comes in our home. Spoke with Dennis Stantorf, General manager, he is aware his doors are in our home and that there are problems but stated clearly that even though Builders Millwork Supply custom made the doors for our home, unless the contractor requested his company come to the site and identify the problem he is not willing to do warranty work. Rest assured they have proven on every level that even though there is a severe problem with their product they will turn their back on you. From sales person to the office manager to the general manager everybody turns their back on you. Buyer beware!

It felt overwhelming, especially with two broken windows -- one from the windstorm a few months back -- that needed immediate attention. I called Randy Whitting hoping we could at least get the windows boarded up and receive a quote for replacements. Randy and Derek Thomas came out promptly and handled everything with professionalism and kindness. Derek completed the measurements and provided a clear, fair quote, which gave us one less thing to worry about during an already painful time. On 2/13/26, Donovan Komakhuk and Joe Evans arrived -- even ahead of schedule -- to replace both windows. From start to finish, they were absolutely wonderful. The install went smoothly, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine. They made sure we did a full walkthrough and felt comfortable with everything before they left. What could have been another stressful task during a heartbreaking season turned into one of the most pleasant and seamless experiences we've had. 1-Star Review -- Disappointing Installation and Workmanship…read more I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the window installation on my motorhome. The photos speak for themselves. During the installation, the glass was damaged, and the motorhome's paint and fiberglass were damaged around the window. There are visible gouges and areas where the finish has been scraped away. The window trim was also left without proper caulking, leaving the job looking unfinished and raising concerns about potential water intrusion. I do want to be fair to Kyle, the manager. Once I brought the problems to his attention, he was understanding and arranged a warranty repair. I appreciate him taking the issue seriously and trying to make it right. Unfortunately, the solution means I now have to take my motorhome to another shop to have the glass and paint/fiberglass damage properly repaired. That's incredibly frustrating. I brought the coach in to have a window professionally installed--not to have it returned with additional damage that requires another company to repair. The workmanship on the original installation was simply not acceptable for an expensive motorhome. Damaging the glass, paint, and fiberglass and leaving the trim improperly finished is not professional work. Kyle deserves credit for trying to address the situation, but the fact that the coach now requires work from another shop says a lot about the quality of the original installation. If you're having a window installed in your motorhome, inspect the work very carefully before leaving the shop.
