Our family has been seeing Dr. Parekh and Dr. Sejal for 2 years now and we couldn't be happier with the care they provide. Both are incredibly caring, patient, warm and composed -- they take the time to truly understand not just our child's health needs, but also our family dynamics and practical day-to-day realities. Their advice is always thoughtful, realistic, and easy to implement, which makes such a difference. Our journey began with Dr.Parekh right after delivery when I was struggling so hard with nursing and received multiple changing recommendations every other day from the previous pediatrician's office. But when I met Dr.Parekh I felt very relieved with her taking time to go into each and every detail and give a simple, one step at a time solution. What has really stuck with me is that she is very empathetic and goes above and beyond to help and ensure the best care! What really stands out is the genuine, personalized care they give at every visit. Whether it's a routine checkup or a concern we're anxious about, both Dr. Parekh and Dr. Sejal make sure we feel heard, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward. The front desk staff is also excellent -- professional, kind, and always willing to help. They make scheduling, check-ins, and follow-ups so smooth and stress-free. And one of the biggest blessings is the same-day sickness appointments! It's such a relief as a parent to know that when our child suddenly falls sick, we can be seen right away -- something so rare these days and truly appreciated. We're so grateful to have found Dr. Parekh and their wonderful team. They're everything you could hope for in a pediatric practice! read more

We've been seeing Dr. Sejal Parekh for our 6-week-old baby, and we couldn't be more grateful to have her as our pediatrician. From our very first visit, she's been incredibly prompt, professional, and warm. What really stands out is how much she genuinely cares for our baby -- she takes the time to listen, patiently answers all our questions, and explains everything clearly and thoroughly. As new parents, that reassurance means the world to us. We never feel rushed, and we always leave our appointments feeling confident and well-informed. Highly recommend Dr. Parekh to any parent looking for a thoughtful and attentive pediatrician! read more

I've been Dr. Parekh's patient since I was little, and she has always made me feel heard and comfortable during every visit. Even when I was nervous or scared, she took the time to listen to my concerns and explain things in a way that made sense to me. She never rushed through appointments and always treated me with respect, no matter how young I was. Her caring approach made such a positive impact on me that I started working for her as a medical scribe. Seeing her interact with other young patients with the same kindness and patience she showed me has been incredible. Because of her influence and the way she made healthcare feel safe and welcoming, I've decided to pursue a career in pediatrics myself. Dr. Parekh doesn't just treat patients - she inspires them. Dr. Parekh is the perfect example of a doctor providing quality patient care. I'm grateful for the foundation she gave me, both as a patient and now as someone entering the medical field. If you're looking for a pediatrician who truly cares about making children feel comfortable and heard, you won't find anyone better. read more

My family and I have been long time patients of Dr. Parekh for as long as I can remember and I am truly so grateful for all the wonderful, exceptional care she has shown us throughout the years. Very long wait time. Dirty waiting room which looked more like a morgue than a pediatric office. The chairs were SO old and uncomfortable which made the long wait time even worse. Doctor had horrible manners. Farting when you talked to her. VERY LOUDLY hacking up snot like a smoker. So unprofessional!! The doctor actually asked for a good yelp review!? Unbelievable! I do not recommended this doctor! I will never bring my baby back here again! I'm so glad my insurance changed! The one star is just for the staff. ** I stand by my post. There's a big difference between being ill and just bad manners! If patient care here was a priority all the things mentioned above would not have had to be addressed.. All said, I've already moved on to my new pediatrician with whom we are receiving great care! Additionally, if you spent less money surveilling your patients with the creepy cameras you may have money to spend on reupholstering your chairs. read more

I've been going to Dr. Parekh's office since I was a kid. She has always been kind, honest, and responsive. When deciding on a doctor, the office phone greetings or chairs are not important. You want a doctor that will put you and your health first. Dr. Parekh is that doctor and much more. It is also the small things she does. Her office gets medicine samples that she happily gives you so you don't have to buy it. She is always willing to hop on the phone and provide help. She genuinely cares about everyone she meets from the kids to the parents. I know because even though I'm no longer a kid, she's still the doctor I call when I want a second opinion. Last year, I hurt my foot. My PCP told me it was tissue damage and the swelling would go away. I went to Dr. Parekh, she listened to what happened to my foot, looked at it, and immediately told me to get an x-ray. Surprise, it was broken. Overall, I've been 100% satisfied by Dr. Parekh and would be amiss if you weren't either. Give her a shot, you won't be disappointed. read more

This is a long pending review. This review is purely based on my experience with Dr Parekh. I personally did not care about all the bells and whistles such as modern facilities and pretty receptionists. For me, the medical skills with extensive experience were the most important factor in selecting the doctor for my child. I was very satisfied with Dr Parekh from my first visit. I received accurate diagnosis even when my child had unusual and worrisome symptoms. She is a good listener and a good communicator. She gave us the time needed and responded to every concern I had in the language I understood. I always felt that my child was really cared for. I appreciate the competence, empathy and commitment Dr Parekh has shown over the years. I would recommend Dr Parekh to any concerned parents; you will be happy to know that your child is in good hands. read more

Worst pediatrician I've ever experienced! She was not gentle at all when she wanted to check my kid's conditions and my kid was frightened by her. She also misdiagnosed my kid after asking only few questions about my kid's symptoms. I felt that I wasted my money on seeing this doctor. read more

Dr.Parekh has been our daughter's pediatrician since my daughter was 1 month old. We have known her for 6+ years now and were referred to her by our neighbors. We have been very happy with the care that we have received from Dr.Parekh. She always takes time to diagnose any issues and listens to any concerns and inputs you have to offer. She takes joy in my daughter's milestones and my daughter always looks forward to going to Dr.Parekh's office. I have gone to Dr. Parekh for well over a decade, and she has been great. The staff is professional, the office is well-maintained, and I have never had a problem with any of the nurses who work with her. I would get my athletic approvals done efficiently over the summer. The nurses or Dr. Parekh would let me know when the office would receive the season's flu vaccine so that I could take it as soon as it arrived. She kept me informed about vaccinations that need to be taken after early childhood like meningitis, Tdap, and HPV, which has helped me into early adulthood. Dr. Parekh is extremely patient at explaining to children/teenagers/young adults/worried parents about what is to be taken, how it is to be taken, and why. I do not feel rushed in her office. If a follow-up blood test is needed, she accounts for where I live before providing the test request so I have easy access to the service. In conversation, if relevant, she mentions the latest research from healthcare conferences that she attends, so I know the answers I receive from her are not outdated treatments, and I feel at ease knowing that she integrates information about the individual and science before a prescription or treatment. read more

I wish I would have given more than 5 stars. I have been going to Dr Parekh office for 5 yrs for my kid and 8yrs with my niece. She is a real doctor who gives so good time to examine a child. I have seen her diagnosising my niece with her walking issues and regularly following up for her. She referred to the specialist even before parents realized the problem. Even with my son, she diagnosed his hernia problem at pretty early stage n we got his surgery done even before the pain begins for him. Her office people are so nice as well. Stella is such a sweetheart. We had couple of times problem with our insurance but she is patient with us and never made any fuss for anything. Thanks to Dr Parekh and her team. read more

I've gone here a few times for my daughter. They have billing issues. They are so bad with billing I refuse to go back. One time when I went in I had to wait in a room for 45 minutes before I was seen. I was told everytime I asked that the Dr would be in within 5 minutes. read more

I love the doctor. She is proactive with diagnoses when it comes to patient history and answers all questions. She takes her time to ask questions as well and we have solved a few issues just by answering questions that may have sounded irrelevant at that time. That also means that if she spends time with her patients that she might be running late for your appointment but I honestly don't mind. She will do you justice. She has squeezed us in on emergencies. She's also good with following up. Dr.Parekh us genuinely fond of her patients and it shows. read more

Dr. Neela Parekh is an excellent Pediatrician with a wealth of experience and knowledge that enables her to be extremely thorough, compassionate, and caring. We have an 11-month son with an ailment. Dr. Parekh meticulously and methodologically guided us through this since our son was an infant. His condition is considerably improved with very little medication. She is a patient listener, clear communicator and always takes the time to answer parents' questions such that every time we would leave her office, we would feel cared for as family, less anxious/nervous and armed with the right information to provide the best possible care for our son. We particularly appreciated Dr. Parekh's approach - which is neither "rigid, my way is the only way" nor "the opposite extreme of liberalness where anything goes, you (parents) tell me what you want to do". She takes the time to explain the rationale behind her suggested course of treatment, both, medically and generally. We highly recommend Dr. Neela Parekh as a Pediatrician. Lastly, what adds to the overall excellent experience is that her office staff is also quite friendly and accommodating. read more

Dr. Parekh is awesome. She knows what she is doing. My twins are now 11 years old and we have been visiting Dr. Parekh's office since they were 7 months old. I always go there with so many questions and doctor is always willing to answer all my questions. Thanks Dr. Parekh. read more

Initially, the care provided was mediocre at best. As time passed, it became subpar. The staff at this office lacks professionalism. They answer the phone with a simple, "hello." There's no professional greeting such as, "Hello. Dr. Parekh's office. How can I help you?" As for Dr. Parekh, she advised my daughter to stop seeing her endocrinologist since she has experience with hypothyroidism. She has between 3-5 patients that she's currently treating with this disease. Whereas my daughter's Stanford endocrinologist treats hundreds of patients. Lastly, she wanted my daughter to grow within the 25 percentile by next year. She tried to convince me that if she participated in soccer, tennis or volleyball, she would reach that goal on the growth chart. Dr. Parekh was adamant & guaranteed it- even though hypothyroid patients tend to be on the smaller side. I could not take her seriously from that point on. read more

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Parekh. She's great at answering questions and gives helpful advice. Would highly recommend her!
