At Luke's 1-year check up, Dr Li expressed concerns on his development, and referred us to a specialist, who is also great and was able to get the help Luke needed. As we were struggling to cope with Luke's condition, she gave us a 30-min phone call and offered words of comfort, which was much needed. At the 2-week checkup of Neo, she noticed his hands and feet were cold, and was very concerned. She offered us heating pads in the office to heat him up, asked us to monitor his temperature back home, and asked us to report his status regularly. When we found that Neo's temperature was not coming up, Dr Li instructed us to take him to the ER, called the doctor on-duty at the ER upfront. That was 9 in the night! After Neo was admitted into the hospital, she ask about his condition at 11 in the night. She followed up with the doctor and us until Neo was found to be fine and discharged from the hospital.
