We met Dr. Min at our childbirth prep class through Los Olivos and we are so happy with him. He is very nice and to the point. Will let you know pros and cons of different ideas. The clinic is also very close to our house which is a huge bonus, the only drawback is getting in and out as traffic can get ugly on Los Gatos Blvd. We love to email him with important questions and he is so quick to reply back! We wanted a physician that would be understanding and isn't quick on fear mongering new parents. He really cares about his patients and we wouldn't have been able to get through the first year so smoothly without him. The stress of being new parents can be overwhelming so having an educated reliable person to get advice and support is priceless. Thank you Dr. Min, we appreciate it!! read more

We had Dr. Min as our pediatrician since my daughter was a toddler. I appreciated his multicultural background and open-minded approach. After he moved his office to Stanford Medicine Children's Health -- Pediatrics, everything became heartless and dehumanized. When my daughter became sick and needed care, we were told she would not be seen because she hadn't had a routine checkup in the last three years. The office manager's insensitive response was shocking! My daughter had been healthy--which should be the goal--but when she needed care, we were turned away due to "policy." I had no choice but to take my sick child to an urgent care. That office did not feel like patient-centered care. I'm sad because we had a good memory with Dr. Min. read more

Dr. Min has been my kid's pediatrician for almost 20 years, he is so good. He listens to me and advises me while at the same time respecting my opinions on situations. he's knowledgeable in many areas and he's very good with adolescents. My son and daughter have seen Dr. Min for years. He and his staff always take great care of us. Highly recommended!

The most uncomfortable part for Dr Min; 1) He diagnosis child in such a short time only 5 minutes He run us as quickly as possible.He explained that there were so many patient waiting for him on Saturday. 2) He lost patience with different opinions with his diagnosis, He said : If we are disagree with my diagnosis, go to find another , I am working for this area for 17 years old!! 3) My son's ear blood was supposed to be pick up at the first time visit on 10/28/2019 He was confident that he did not find anything on 10/28/2019 and ear is fine with no blood blocks on 11/16/2019 Explain 1) Good doctor is always to be a person take good care of any single patient, is not take care a bunch of patients in the limited clinic time. Quality is more than quantity for a life. 2) Parents could hold different opinions regarding to child's health condition it is not challenging doctors. Dr Min has been the pediatrician of both my children for more than 6 years. He is attentive, respondent, personal, and a good listener, replying email promptly even at late night, and we can easily get same day appointment for urgent requirement sometimes squeezed during his lunch hours. Dr. Min has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was born in August 2005 and for our son who was born August 2007. When my daughter has been sick, his office always has a slot open for us to see him the same day, and when we arrive, we don't have to wait very long to be seen. This may seem minor, but for two parents that work full-time, it means a lot to us. He is knowledgeable, straightforward, caring, and always takes the time to answer our many questions. My husband and I interviewed Dr. Min three months before our son was born and took an instant liking to him. He is young, progressive, professional, reasonable, up-to-date with current medical studies, and perfect for first-time parents, such as us. We had our son April 2010 and have had three visits with Dr. Min so far. Each time, he was attentive to our needs, answered all of our questions, and provided guidance and respect to us that we don't think we would have gotten had we chosen the older doctors we interviewed. We have been seeing Dr Min for our daughter over a year now. We were unprepared and did not interview any pediatricians in advance so we were very lucky our OB referred us to Dr. Min. He came by late evening to visit us in the hospital on the same day we called. I couldn't have asked for a better pediatric office! We see Dr. Min, who we completely adore. He is very pleasant, caring, and honest. I am a first time mom of a 18 month old daughter and he never makes me feel like ANY question I ask is stupid. He also went to bat for me against an insurance company that was trying to "stick me" with the bill. He absolutely didn't have to do that, but did, and we won!!! While this is not the place for me and my kids I can objectivly see many up sides to Dr. Min and his practice. I felt my dealings with his MA from calling through actually visiting were not friendly. She was very rushed and treated me like I needed to interview to see if I made the cut for them. I did get a same day apontment though for a follow up from an ER visit for my son so I very much aprecaited that. The waiting room is beautiful an there are lovely murals on the walls in the office itself. I feel like Dr. Min is probably a good pediatrician but we hae different views on what's best for my kids. Possibly because we had a disagreement I don't feel like he fully listened to what I was trying to tell him about what was going on with my son. I find that with a lot of doctors that it takes telling them something 2 or 3 times before they listen. All in all not a good or bad experiance. I would never go back but if you have the same views that Dr. Min does on vaccinatins etc I think it's a potential good fit for someone else... read more

My children have been patients of Dr. Min for two years now. He came highly recommended to me from a few close friends, so when our former pediatrician retired I knew we would be in good hands. Dr. Min has not disappointed us. He is cheerful, caring and very knowledgeable. He's consistently come up with great health care plans when my little has been sick or injured, and has a great well check system in place for babies. For babies, he uses a handy little parents guide that tells you what to expect loosely developmentally wise month by month, and what will happen at the next appointment. It also has full in spots where he writes in baby's stats - height, weight, percentile - and fills in the updated Tylenol recommendation according to weight. I never have to wonder, it's all there. He also answers emails within a few days, if you have a question on your mind between appointments. When you ask a question, he tells you the facts behind the answer and his best recommendation. If you happen to have a different opinion, he tells you the facts and let's you make a decision. He is definitely a supportive, knowledgeable partner in health and happiness, rather than overbearing or condescending. My child actually asks to go see Dr. Min, and gets excited when we go, rather than fearing the doctor. I've recommended Dr. Min to countless friends, it's high time I come here and sing his praises too. read more

I was going to write a review for Dr. Min and also for Dr. Lan next, his colleague for a long time - they fill in for each other during their administrative days. Including for their staff: Christina, Pam and Georgia. I only now, after a few years I got to do this, because of my busy schedule and not being big on any 'social media' site otherwise. One month ago, my wife and I had a 'late life major surprise / mini-miracle' in our opinion, a baby boy, who is healthy and great by all accounts so far. Dr. Min has been the pediatrician for my nine years old daughter and now for our baby boy. He came highly recommended by one of my wife's doctors and he and Dr. Lan and their staff turned out truly up to their highest ratings. This is inspite my clear statement from the start that especially in this area most people are knowledgeable enough to ask questions, as silly as they may be at times. But at all times Dr. Min and Dr. Lan took the time and took all our questions seriously and answered well and accurate to all knowledge currently out there. Most important they provide quick and effective treatment and at all times it turned out to be for a full recovery. Dr. Min took the time to attend my "Birth Preparation" class and really taught me alot about babies and what to expect in 15 mins. From there I was hooked; he is honest, caring, and really recommends what's best for my kids - 6 yr old boy and 4 yr old girl. Both kids love Dr. Min and his friendly staff. He can also relate as he has a little boy himself. Recently my six yr old's teacher was concerned about him having ADHD...and instead of rushing into anything, Dr. MIn has a nice, 'let's fully assess' it approach. We are on the same page about certain teachers wanting to rush into a solution (i.e. drugs) which we both absolutely do not want. Dr. Min has been our pediatrician since my oldest, now almost six, was born. He has always taken the time to answer our questions and has never made me feel rushed. He is caring, follows up and most importantly the boys love him and love going to the doctor. We love the whole practice, everyone at RAMBLC is professional, caring and attentive.
