My husband responded that we did and asked where the lamps were located. The employee pointed it out to us. Well, my husband and I didn't follow directions well because we ended walking pass the lamps. We were talking to each other about how we couldn't find the lamps when the employee from earlier walked up to us and said, "I noticed you didn't find the lamps. Let me walk you to the area." The employee proceed to walk us to the lamp area. They did not have what I was looking for, but I appreciate that gentleman for following through with making sure we were in the right area to look for what we wanted. Our first new kitchen had to be perfect. Jenni sent us an email with an amazing granite slab called Crescent Veil. Then came the scheduling of installation. We were like kids waiting. Jenni got our tops installed early, a week before Christmas. There was a small glitch but Jenni is a pro and sent the right guy. Blake arrived and took care of everything. The fridge sticks out way further than it should from the cabinets. Also, it's evident that she mismeasured the cabinets for around the window as they shouldn't be that far away. See pics. In short, I've never done this before and was really relying on the expertise of the people who do this for a living. They failed me. They expected me to come behind them and second guess all measurements. And I know the response will be "but you signed off on the design". Yes I did, but just like getting an oil change, shouldn't have to empty fresh oil to measure to make sure the tech put the correct amount in. Summary: if you replace cabinets for a living, then possibly this company would work for you. But if you are a regular homeowner upgrading your kitchen, look elsewhere. The frustration and unhappiness in comparison to the cost is just not worth it. I wanted to be happy about my new kitchen, and unfortunately due to working with Cabinets to Go, I have nothing but regret. Too much money to be treated so badly. The installers were good in coming back to fix the scrapes in the floor and the sides of the cabinet where the shims were showing unfinished. Joe and Parker took care of it and I appreciate them.
