Went in for frozen yogurt. My young son and I both did the first pump of the vanilla and It was very watery, I asked if we could dump out the liquid to start again, they said no. They told me that we didn't pull down the knob enough. I asked if we could dump the liquid out of our cups and start again. They said no and scowled at me. It was strange. I stopped here for ice cream after grabbing dinner at a nearby restaurant. The store was clean and well maintained when I visited. The ice cream is not fresh made which is disappointing. They serve Hershey's Premium. However, it tasted good when I visited and did not have freezer burn and ice chips mixed in like many other ice cream shops. I ordered a small cup of the Oatmeal Cookie Craving which was a good size and decent price. I've never had the flavor before but I really liked it. I had the soft ice cream here and it was very good. They only had vanilla, but they had many different flavors of drizzle. However, the small cone was very small. Ned's Ice Cream & Convenience is a small shop that sells Hershey's brand ice cream and also soft serve. For just over $4 we got medium cups that were generously filled with tasty scoops of our selections from quite a few offerings. Seating is also available at several small tables. I'm giving this place two stars because the people that run it are friendly and they have a good selection of candy and other last minute items. They know their supply and demand because if you did happen to leave something at home, prepare to be gouged. DONT GO HERE! These people are so damn rude. Sizes are expensive af and if you order a large they deny you toppings??? I asked for TWO toppings at .70 cents a piece and the lady behind the counter told me no in a rude voice. I tried asking her why I couldn't get toppings on the large when I was able to get toppings on the other cup we were buying and she proceeded to ignore me entirely and ring up my order without another word. I see the last review was about two years ago. My recent experience (April 2018) was quite different. We only bought ice cream, so can't comment on their other offerings. This place has a huge selection of ice cream, frozen yogurt, and soft serves and give you a LLOOTT compared to other local ice cream places - think double for the same price. All soft serves are vanilla based. Flavors are added with a swirl "painted" into the vanilla base, so if you expect the strawberry soft serves to come out the Rita's way, you will be unpleasantly disappointed. The quality of the soft serves is not on par with Rita's, either, but they make it up with the portion size for the price charged. We came off season and were the only customers each visit. Service was quick. The folks running the place seem to be all Asian immigrants with limited command of English and sport a typical no frills style of service I experienced growing up in Asia - not very warm or engaging, but that doesn't mean they don't care. Their value proposition is in the amount of ice cream for the money you pay, not the service. If you go in with this expectation, you will be able to appreciate it. read more

Owner or employee angry over requests did samples. Asked for a cone after ordering and was willing to pay for it but the answer was "NO". My son went to play with a toy that was being sold at place.
