Nicholle showed her how it was done and the bangs came out exactly how I had hoped! I thought this was a thoughtful, professional, and collaborative effort handled well by Savannah. The salon is clean and well kept. In a small strip mall right in Staples Mill with plenty of parking. The owner was quick to respond to my emails and schedule my appointment. Not platinum like I requested. She was not comfortable with a pixie cut or my texture whatsoever. She didn't know how to trim my hair or style it. She put so much product in ny hair I had to re wash it and style it when I got home. I couldn't even comb through it. I paid a ridiculous amount for my appointment. Didn't even get a full haircut and it was styled in a way I don't style it. I Called to speak with the manager about how upset I was. And wanted some type of a refund. Not a full refund obviously. I waited until I got home to call. So I wouldn't embarrass the stylist since, she was standing right by the counter at check out. I was told the owner would contact me about it. I made the mistake of getting an appointment for a trim, and was surprised when they didn't wash my hair first and cut it dry. I've never had that happen before. You actually have to ask for a shampoo, cut and blow dry, or they will just give you a cut. Prices are great, and my trims are always done well.
