I was told they would go away within a year, so when 2 years went by and it had not improved, Dr. Gordon eventually agreed to remove the hard parts. I was not put under for this, and gave me a medication to calm me down since I was going to be cut open fully conscious. Her team did not even give the medication time to kick in before they started the procedure, because Ashley Gordon had "other appointments immediately after mine" and they didn't have time to. Since this, she somehow made the galaflex even worse and I'm left with another scar and even worse results, and they are refusing to provide any type of resolution. I paid for cosmetic surgery because I trusted this surgeon and her team with my body. Instead, this experience has caused me years of distress. Choosing Dr. Ashley Gordon for my breast augmentation is one of my biggest regrets. I would strongly encourage anyone considering surgery here to look elsewhere.

I chose Dr. Reid after a lot of research on doctors that had experience with the type of skin that has been "almost ruined" (my own words) from being stretched so much from weight and also doctors that managed pain well, because I'm a big baby! Dr. Reid also is incredibly warm and friendly, in addition to being BRILLIANT! When you're looking into plastic surgery of any kind you initially go "good Lord that's expensive", BUT... I will say this, you're going to see those nurses and that surgeon SO MANY times post-op and not be charged any more. They will answer emails and phone calls to calm you down and fit you in same day if you're experiencing any kind of concerns and just want them to take a look. I've never healed as well from anything... not even a paper cut, as well as I have from this surgery. I know Dr. Reid uses a special fancy pants cutting tool that aids in healing better, and wow...I can tell. I also highly recommend you ask for the information of the private nurse that you can hire to take care of you after surgery. If I hadn't done that for the first 24 hrs my family would have been sooo overwhelmed. They can get you her info, I don't want to give it out, as she's a separate business, but this just shows how much they care about the success of their patients...by offering extra support that can help you. Their office also is a big fan of lymphatic massage, which I'm all in for. They have a person on staff that does it and I think she helped my healing a ton as well! I still have a long way to go, as this type of surgery has long term swelling, but I've come so far. I can't say enough wonderful words about this team. They are amazing, kind, and exactly what I was looking for. When you're visiting doctors to find the right fit, give Dr. Reid a shout, you won't regret it, he and his team are wonderful! I'm so happy!! This surgery has been life changing!

From start to finish, the communication and support were exceptional. Before the surgery, the team texted and called to check on me, provided detailed paperwork about the procedure and risks, and thoroughly reviewed my medical history. I never felt rushed, and Dr. Franco truly listened to my concerns. He was kind, patient, and reassuring through the entire process. This was my first-ever cosmetic surgery, so I was definitely nervous, but it's something I've wanted for a long time. I flew in from Denver because I didn't feel confident in my local options, and after a lot of research, I found Dr. Franco through Bliss, which connects patients with vetted and highly reputable plastic surgeons. I immediately felt I made the right choice. My pre-op appointment was smooth and efficient. I arrived a few minutes early, and they brought me back almost immediately. Dr. Franco walked me through everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I fully understood the process. On the day of surgery, even though I was anxious, I felt completely taken care of. The entire team from the nurses to the nurse anesthetist to Dr. Franco himself , made me feel safe and supported. They were warm, professional, and attentive. I'm currently one day post-op, and everything is going great. The results already look promising, and I'm excited to see how everything continues to heal. I'll update later in my recovery, but so far I couldn't ask for a better experience. If you're considering surgery and want a surgeon who is skilled, thorough, and genuinely cares about his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Franco and the team at Austin Plastic Surgeon.

Another nurse then reviewed my message and told me they no longer wanted to take me on as a patient. This was very distressing, especially as someone reaching out for help after trauma. Seriously I could…read morenever say enough good things about Dr. Mosier and his office staff and this review is long overdue. I have wanted a breast reduction for the last 20 years. I have had many consultations, but there was always an issue with Insurance or timing. I believe now that was truly divine intervention so that I could meet Dr. Mosier and have him perform my surgery. I went from a G to a B and they look AMAZING. Truly they almost look fake and I still can't believe these are what I get to have now. I have spent my entire life hating my large chest and am finally free. My back pain is gone, clothes fit me, I don't have to wear seven bras to workout, truly it's incredible. I wish I would've done this sooner, but then it probably wouldn't have been with Dr. Mosier. From the very first appointment where I almost cried, he was so kind and so was his entire office staff. They are truly the best. So kind, so understanding and answered ALL of my 1000 questions. Then finally came surgery day which I was so nervous for. PIECE OF CAKE. I've had two children and this was one billion times easier than giving birth and recovery. I guess I should have expected that, but I've never had surgery so didn't know. I cannot believe how easy recovery was and how quick. Dr. Mosier repeatedly assured me before I left that if I had any issues, they would be there for me and would be easy to get ahold of and so responsive, and they were. He even talked directly to my husband after hours one night when I was concerned about an off looking suture (it was fine, I'm just anxious.) Truly, Dr. Mosier was so kind, supportive, and so TALENTED. I don't know that I had the highest expectations, not because of Dr. Mosier, but just because I felt like what I was working with before was so bad. And WOW. When I tell you they look FAKE they're so good. Every post-op everyone again was so kind and Erika is the sweetest person in the world and would talk me through every little detail and every question I had. I would do this whole process again in a heartbeat. To have such an AMAZING visual outcome was life changing, but to have it with such a wonderful doctor and equally wonderful office staff was also just such a pleasant experience. THANK YOU DR. M! My case was very minor - my main concern was getting rid of the small amount of remaining gland. Unfortunately he has left my chest looking far worse than before. The incisions at the areola look sloppy and healed poorly, part of an areola lost its pigment, the nipples fold into themselves when warm, and there's severe cratering and loose skin. Obviously he was way too aggressive with liposuction. After the initial follow-up the day after surgery, Dr. Caridi and his office never reached out to me again to ask how I was healing up. And the healing was not easy. Following his massaging protocol didn't help much, if at all. At 6 months, left with terrible results, I finally reached out. Dr. Caridi was very dismissive about my concerns in the following months of email and photo exchanges. He kept assuring me the results would improve with more time. The language he used in his correspondences was highly unprofessional - at one point even saying that I was "torturing myself". After more complaining he finally offered to do a FaceTime call but I ultimately declined as I had lost all trust in him by that point. In hindsight, my first FaceTime consultation before surgery was rushed, casual, and non-specific. I only found out I was to have liposuction (in addition to excision) after the call when they forwarded me the bill. During that call he said some bizarre and unprofessional things which I won't repeat here. It was personal and inappropriate. I foolishly glossed over these red flags. Other reputable surgeons have since informed me I'll need up to 2 more surgeries to correct Dr. Caridi's mistakes with scar revisions and fat grafting. Please consider my example as a warning. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for surgery.

I feel like I look like me, just before. In many ways I wanted these gigantic boobs and super small waist but I can't have implants so that's why I searched out Dt Trussler. He is one of the only ones in my area that does auto augmentation on breasts and he's incredible. I did 4 consults and I loved them all but ultimately chose Trussler because of the auto aug.
