It arrived on time and could not have asked for more professional a gentleman doing the installation. I had a minor defect ( from manufacturer-they would not have known) on the cabinet. Hard to see unless you are looking specifically for it. I texted Jake at the store, sent a picture and within minutes I had a response saying the part was on its way-that simple. Very poor customer service.....I needed a replacement pneumatic cylinder for a Steelcase office…read morechair which was sinking. I provided the service person with a picture of the tag showing make, model, SN of the chair to identify the correct part. After the part arrived and I installed it, the chair still was sinking. I contacted Red Thread with the issue and they suggested having a technician come out to look at the problem for which I was charged $153.00 for a service call. The technician determined that the problem was that the replacement pneumatic cylinder Red Thread had sent me was faulty. I requested that either the fee for the service call be refunded (since it would have been unnecessary to have a technician come out had the correct part been supplied in the first place) or the cost of the defective cylinder they had supplied be refunded. They ignored all of my emails.
