I have been coming here for years now, and this particular PostNet is my go-to for pretty much…read moreeverything I need done with it comes to printing, shipping, even notary services. I own a business and have had them print up all sorts of different things. The owner really cares about your project and getting it done right, as well as getting you the best price available. Highly recommend.

I had an iPostal mailbox at this location, which I have since canceled and received a refund from iPostal after explaining the unacceptable experience I had here. A gift for my daughter was delivered to this location, and I received a notification from iPostal confirming its arrival. I immediately attempted to schedule a pickup, only to discover that the next available appointment was a single 30-minute window, from 9:30-10:00 a.m., four days later! Assuming this had to be a software error, I went to the location in person (again just 30 minutes after the package had been delivered). The associate was rude, refused to release my package, and insisted that a pickup appointment was required. When I explained that the next available appointment was four days away and that the package had just arrived, I was told it was not their problem and that I needed to contact iPostal. Excuse me, you are the ones who advertise being an iPostal location and the ones holding my package hostage. As it turns out, this location only allows package pickups during a 30-minute window, from 9:30-10:00 a.m., with 24 hours' advance notice. This restriction is not disclosed anywhere on their website or iPostal's website. Despite having my package in their possession and knowing it was a package I urgently needed, they made no effort whatsoever to help resolve the situation. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unapologetic. This is the level of service you receive while paying an additional $5 per package acceptance, a fee they claim is set by iPostal, which is simply not consistent with my experience using the service elsewhere. I have multiple iPostal mailboxes at other locations, and none of them operate this way. This experience is entirely unacceptable and appears to be specific to this location (a Postnet franchise). This location is all about deceptive business practices. Customers deserve transparency, reasonable access to their mail and packages, and basic courtesy from the businesses they pay to provide a service. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. There are two great local print shops in the immediate area and a Staples right up on Washington. I would strongly discourage anyone from using Postnet and any of the services they offer. Thanks for ruining my daughters day. PS - Know your rights: If your mail/package was USPS: Interfering with, delaying, hiding, or preventing someone from receiving their mail is a federal crime under 18 U.S. Code § 1702 and § 1708, which can carry severe fines or felony charges. If they refuse to give you your package or mail, call the cops - even if it was not USPS, you have given them the right to accept mail/packages on your behalf, not to hold them hostage in an off-site "storage".
