I said that's not true I confirmed twice last week prior to my appt. I was told they never received anything. I said I have my text confirmations saved. they said there's nothing they can do since I didn't confirm. I explained again that I did confirm and I have the proof showing the exact date and time I confirmed. And nothing was resloved. They just changed my appointment and gave it to somebody else and then told me they moved mine. I said well that doesn't work for me I made plans for the 10 appt. I was then told it's not available and there's nothing they can do.... Pretty shitty customer service, the person on the phone was rude and was talking over me and would not let me get a word in... if you want rude shitty service then go here... they'll exceed your expectations on that level...

His staff is professional, courteous, and friendly And he was as close to a painless dentist as you can get charming, informative and committed to making sure I was totally informed. Quite honestly after Covid my teeth needed some work his hygienist did a great job get her getting rid of my plaque and polishing my teeth and Jay came in discuss some options on a cracked tooth and a missing filling did the job and I couldn't be happier. If you were looking for a dentist, I highly recommend this office.
