My experience with their practice was disappointing. The office works are very nice and easy to…read morework with. But the dentist was to me misleading when it came to the costs. First I was told the full mouth X rays are covered by my insurance (they were not). Then the estimate for the root canal and how the amount the insurance would cover was wrong. Then the extraction costs were higher due to difficulty, which it did not seem to be. Finally I paid the bill at the end and put it behind me. Now one year later I receive a text that I owe another $540 and will be sent to collection if not paid. When I asked the reason for the additional cost the answer was not satisfactory. The best part about it all, is the tooth feels loose and I don't feel comfortable using that side. If you know a good dentist please tell me.

Pretty shitty customer service, the person on the phone was rude and was talking over me and would not let me get a word in... if you want rude shitty service then go here... they'll exceed your expectations on that level...
