I have been going to Dr. Miller and his team for about 15 years now. First of all, my dental hygienist Terry is amazingly gentle and kind and makes that whole part of the experience as good as it can possibly be. Plus she's a great person. Dr Miller is very personable. He knows me and my family and always asks about them before getting down to business. When I've had major procedures done he always explains all the options and helps me pick the most cost-effective solution. Then when I'm in the chair he makes sure it's pain free and explains what's going to happen every step of the way, which I really appreciate. The office staff are also very nice. I don't like going to the dentist but I love that I go to this Dentist and his team. read more

Dr. Donald Miller is great dentist and everybody in the office is so nice, they are the best at what they do and even relieved my TMJ pain. Very professional, highly skilled, polite and friendly too. Crooks and unresponsive. I received a call from someone stating I owed a bill. I have no problem paying a bill but 400$ for an X-ray which I didn't even ask for, come on. Then on top of that I was yelled at by this vile woman about not paying his client. When I addressed her behavior and called her out I was completely disrespected. I called the office to notify them and how this can be bad for business. I never received a call back. read more

Total crook! I sat there for a 10 minute consultation. There was no mention of any charges nor did I sign anything. They have been trying to bill me for $300 and tell me it's because they took a picture (with a camera, not an X-ray or anything). So I asked them if they hadn't taken a picture if there would be any charge. They said no. They made no mention of any charges due to them taking any pictures of my mouth, which took about five seconds. Totally unethical and the woman in the finance department was so rude, she would not even let me speak and talked over me the whole time. Do not go there unless you want to be completely over charged and treated like a $. It's a very well appointed office and I can see why. They should spend less money on esthetics for the office and more on training for the staff. read more

BEWARE!!!!!!! First, let me begin saying that I have never reported a business before, so for me to do so means something is very wrong, most places have always tried to rectify my negative experiences and most very successfully at that. I've unfortunately had a lot of negative experience throughout my life with dentist, mainly because of pain and secondly the costly price, but when I first met Dr. Donald Miller he seemed to really care (seemed). He put me at ease, sat me down and spoke in great length about how he could help me. We discussed my situation and I put my complete trust in him. The work I had done involved restoring some of my teeth near the gum lines. It cost me $4,000, that was out of my price range, but I decide to trust him and invest in my teeth since after all,they are important. I figured this would be well worth it in the long run. WELL...the long run was only 3 months later when (just one week apart) BOTH of my fillings he had done completely FELL OUT!!!!! Now mind you, I used a temporary filling from CVS that lasted me well over 8 months that I did myself, so how is it that my "permanent fillings" from a "professional" are just falling out ? Permanent fillings should last at least longer than a few months correct? if not forever as "permanent" means. I was merely lightly brushing my teeth with a soft brush as the second one came out, the first one came out while I was eating sushi and I literally almost choked on the piece. I first thought it was a shell from something until I realized it was actually my filling. I had a sip of water that literally hit a nerve and made me grab my mouth in extreme pain ( the kind that puts you to your knees) and suddenly realized that not only did my filling come out but most of the tooth was now exposed. Then when I further inspected it at home, the part that fell out, it crumbled in my hand like hard sand. It literally disintegrated away. Then I looked at my tooth closely in the mirror and noticed a huge piece now missing, he drilled a lot of my tooth away. My tooth did not look like that just 3 months prior, there was only some erosion near the end /gum line area and I had no sensitivity or pain there at all, now I go through the roof whenever something hits it, hot, cold, touch, anything. Thats because he drilled / "etched" it to close to the nerve. So, I wrote an email and kindly explained how upset I was and they arranged for me to meet them the next day. So today, Friday I went in to discuss the plan of recourse figuring they would try to help fix my teeth and what happened. NOPE! I went in only to be told that he was NOT going to fix them and that my tooth would not hold the fillings because too much was missing ( the tooth that he drilled away) and he didn't offer to fix my other tooth that the filling came out of which is one of my front teeth. He stated " you can just leave it like that, it's just erosion don't; worry about it", YET, I had all the work done specifically just because of erosion???? I spent over 4,000 just because of "erosion" Get it??? AND he didn't even recognize his work, as I filled it in myself with CVS temp fill and he said " hmm nothings missing here it looks fine" He couldn't even tell a big huge gray puddy, he was acting as if nothing was wrong. I had to tell him that wasn't his filling, he knew clearly it was not, it looks totally different then all the rest, as if hoping I would over look it if he did. VERY SNEAKY TO SAY THE LEAST!!!!! Are you serious? He offered no such recourse other than " go see your dentist about a root canal maybe". After spending $4,000 on what I truly believe were just temporary fillings, only lasting 3 months, I feel completely robbed of my money. He then began making all these excuses as to why the filling fell out. I personally feel ripped off and highly taken advantage of. And my trust in dentist has once again disappeared. Not to mention that he is almost double in price as all the other dentist in the area, everyone warned me about him being overly expensive but I thought that the expense would equal the quality of work. I WAS WRONG. Horrible experience!!!!!! I am so upset with him, once he got my money he was like who cares about you and your teeth, give me more and I'll try to salvage what's left. He made excuses of why my fillings would not hold but never discussed these with my 3 months prior saying " You'll be all set once we fix these teeth and they will last you for a long time". I walked out of that office and called my wife who was equally disappointed saying " I can't believe we gave him our savings only to scam us, that man should be ashamed of himself". I would NEVER recommend him or that dentistry to anyone, they are overly expensive and the QUALITY of the work is POOR to say the very least. And I'm not the only one complaining about him, look at the other reviews. Also would not work with CIGNA HPO Dental plans, you MUST PAY CASH!!!! read more

THE BEST DENTIST EVER!!! I have a serious, serious fear and so much anxiety about the dentist, and Dr. Miller and his entire team are the only people I've ever found who eased all of that and took care of me so much that I genuinely can't wait to get back. From the moment you walk in the door you're met with a smile and complete understanding and patience from each and every person who helps you. There is nothing Dr. Miller can't do, as far as I'm concerned, if he can create a pleasant experience for ME of all people. If you have ANY fear at all, just walk in the door. This is an excellent dental practice. Very professional and competent and at the same time friendly and caring. Dr. Miller is superb as is the hygenist Terry who keeps my teeth sparkling clean. The office staff is responsive and helpful. The office is immaculate with all the very latest equpment. Dr. Miller is a skilled general dentist and also superb in cosmetic procedures. He has done invisalign for me for teeth straightening. The first day after I got my aligners he texted me to make sure I was not feeling any discomfort. How nice is that! I would leave less stars if possible. To say they are cosmetic dentist is an awful joke on patients. I had once had a good experience with Dr Goldman so I went back when my front tooth broke. Dr Miller is friendly and encouraging but their skill level is just not there. They made some crappy temporary teeth that were not even close to natural teeth and the veneers that their "lab specialist" crafted were just bad. See through, splotchy color, uneven etc and each time they were really happy with the outcome, however bad. Bite was off, shape was weird. I think I went back 7 times before I said I cannot handle this anymore. What traumatized me the most though was the fact that he had intentionally or unintentionally drilled off most of my tooth. I had a normal length tooth and I have almost nothing left there. I cried in there when I saw it and he claims he didn't take any extra off. However, all photos and impressions were somehow missing when I asked. I feel like I was butchered. They charge double the going rate and truly do not know what they are doing. I had to get reconstructive surgery on that tooth as so much was destroyed by Dr Miller but another doctor was able to get me a tooth that matched within one visit. Massive nightmare. read more

I've been a patient of Dr Miller's for the last 12 years, as have my parents and many of my friends. He is absolutely the best. Very professional and always follows up an appointment with a phone call the same night. What doctor does that anymore? From looking at the other reviews, it looks like I'm not alone in my positive feedback. With the exception of Haiku D who just seems to be making things up for the sake of making things up.
