His brackets seem to pop off at will. It is hard to get appointments to fit them. No one in the office returns my calls or emails. I can not be the only one with this issue. I am beyond frustrated we will be switching to another orthodontist as soon as I can actually talk with billing to cancel my payments. The positive reviews you see are from years ago with this place was great.
